Rest In Peace Paul.

He was one of those rare celebrities you never anything bad about. He was naturally hilarious, so professional and amazing at what he did, and just seemed like such a lovely guy too.

Feels so wrong talking about him in the past tense, I think a lot of people are really sad about this one. Thinking of his loved ones.

Had a little cry after seeing the news about Paul O’Grady, I don’t know why, guess I’m just daft. He oozed warmth and his compassion and love for dogs made him such a likeable man.

I have cried today, I have never cried for a celebrity death in my life. He was just an unbelievably wonderful man. My Dad worked with him on a documentary and he couldn't stop talking about what a kind, compassionate, caring, justice fighter and hilariously funny he was. Bizarrely for me it seems he also died the exact same way my Dad did. Peacefully in his sleep. Just a lot of memories today of my Dad and Paul.

We lost my cousin earlier this week. 30 years old, daughter and fiancée at home, completely unexpected. She’d have done anything for anyone and lived for her family. She won’t get to see her daughter grow up, won’t get married, and her daughter now has to live the rest of her life without her mummy.

Then you get scum of the earth like him who get to live to 93 after causing so much pain and suffering to people. The world really fucking baffles me sometimes.

I disagree when people say that suicide is selfish. I think it's one of the bravest decisions/things someone can do. Takes a hell of a lot of guts to end it like that. I cannot comprehend it and I've suffered with mental health issues myself. I even had mild depression, but never been in that situation and in that kind of mindset, ever.
It’s one argument I won’t stand for in real life, that death by suicide is a coward’s way out. To be in such mental torment that ending one’s life is the only way to go is heartbreaking.

One of my young adult children was in a very dark and bleak place during university and they couldn’t see a way out , thankfully they pulled themselves back but others just can’t .
