Listening to the Rodney Acala episode, is it not a bit lazy not to watch the new Anna Kendrick movie beforehand?

Thoughts, feelings regarding the Ellen Greenberg episodes? I listened to The Prosecutors 5 x episodes on this a couple years ago and re listening now for more in depth. They were a bit more open minded on whether it was suicide or homicide and didn’t fully condemn Sam. Red handed was pretty full on against Sam. I think on balance he probably did do it but their aggressive stance was quite intense

I found it hard to listen to to be honest - Surithi's know-it-all shouting just turned me off.

Gossip coming out on another site that acdface has been cheating on Suruthi. Not sure the validity of it but she has limited comments on her Instagram.
What a creep if it's true.

What does it say or where would I find it? I’d also feel sad for her, I know she’s become insufferable but being cheated on sucks
I don’t think we can mention other sites on here now but it’s not hard to find. I stumbled across it when browsing normally. It could all be BS of course but I hope Surithi is okay.

This reminds me I haven’t listened to the podcast for ages, I have loads of episodes to catch up on.

Thank you! I had a look on the other site which I hate and am rubbish at navigating and got the gist then found the interviews on YouTube with the ex girlfriend. No idea how truthful it is and she comes across quite badly to me but there’s stuff there which does indicate that theres some truth to it.

Yeah, this is what I thought - at least parts of it ring true, and the screenshots of him in the bed look kind of damning.

Could you please share the youtube links (or even what to search for)? I can't find them. The insta chat screenshots are damning but also can be faked so I've no idea.

I went off Suru about a year ago and as much as i love messy gossip this is sad. Thanks for posting the podcast with the ex, I'll see how much I can bear to listen to but from the reddit post and her badmouthing Suru, she's just coming across like a bitter ex.

If Sam took her dog and was dishonest then it's him she needs to go after. Or maybe she thinks targeting Suru will get her what she wants.

All very nasty and vindictive.

One thing the ex said that stuck out to me was that she changed while she was with Sam and I think we can all agree that Suru has definitely changed since they’ve been together

The ex was insufferable. Going on about how she didn't want him, but meeting up with him 3 times a week. Was she drunk? She was nasty about Suruthi as well, no need for personal attacks on her appearance.

Bloody hell, poor Suruthi. I believe what the ex is saying, there’s too many receipts but she doesn’t come across well on that podcast. What an absolute sleaze he is.

The Jonestown episodes were bloody lazy and dry, and I cannot wrap my head around making it a two-parter when they had ZERO new information to bring to the table and seemed to latch onto this "hilarious" chimpanzee salesman angle for that reason? I hadn't listened to any new episodes for around 4 months and JJ was my return to RH and I haven't been back since.

Years ago they said they'd never cover more well known cases unless there was new evidence or information. I thought that was great, we all get tired of hearing the same cases.
Jim Jones had such a fascinating history as a young preacher, they barely touched on that and there are audio clips of him speaking on the last day of Jonestown. They're sad to listen to but you can hear the power his voice had over people and why so many chose to follow him. Playing even just a snippet of those recordings would've added so much to the story.

It was the obscure cases (often in foreign countries) that got me hooked with them, they were so different to anyone else and i used to really listen and take it in. When they do well known cases it really shows their shortcomings and it’s obvious that it’s just a cash grab now. Such a shame as they were really good back in the day. And agree 100% re Jonestown and the recordings and their poor coverage of it.
