I haven't listened to RH in more than a year but I still can't believe she married this guy after all that stuff came out. Is it low self-esteem or just needing to "stick it to the haters"? Surely in the whole of the UK she could find another "tall white guy"???
Hardly a shortage of them, right? Maybe even ones that wouldn't publicly humiliate her? I think she has an unquantifiable amount of internalized racism, and isn't even close to being as smart as she thinks she is.

I find it odd that red-handed never seen to mix with the other UK true crime podcasters. Ie seeing red, Naomi real, Adam from UK true crime, true crime enthusiast, Stuart blues all follow each other, and guest on each others shows.
I wouldn't be surprised if they rubbed people the wrong way. They told people to use more than one email address to vote for them in the British Podcast Awards or whatever they're called, which, if I were in the same industry, would piss me off. Plus one of the hosts being proudly anti-woke is a controversial take.
Hannah and Suruthi definitely have a different attitude from the rest of the UK podcasters. Stuart, Naomi and Paul especially always come across as grateful and humble to have people wanting to hear their work.
H&S aren't humble at all, they bragged so much when they became 'full-time podcasters' that it was hard to be happy for them like I would be if it was anyone else.
I listen to Seeing Red (as well as RedHanded) and they’ve definitely alluded to not liking the RH girls before. I can’t remember exactly what they said but I feel like it was something to do with how they handled the Ian Watkins case.
they also said that when they started out they reached out to some shows they listened too to try and make connections and that some were super friendly and helpful but that Red Handed either didn’t reply or were not friendly in what they did reply. Marks here somewhere, maybe he’ll tell us?

I didn’t listen to the golden state episodes, I’ve listened to enough podcasts on them and know that Suru and Hannah wouldn’t have brought anything new to it for me. I’ll have to check out the insta comments. I miss when they used to cover crimes I hadn’t heard of.
