She looks like a different person. Lovely and pretty, but like a normal woman as opposed to this over-filtered super-modelesque type she posts on her own grid. Glad she at least hadn’t filtered the crap out of her wedding photos, though she wouldn’t get away with it anyway given the other handles that are posting her wedding pics.

Not the type Id be calling up for therapy with all the filtering and blocking and social media obsession, that’s all I’ll say.

Does anyone know if she’s actually registered as a mental health counsellor with BCAP or IACP? I find it quite disingenuous that she positions herself as a mental health professional without any formal accreditation besides her degree. She obviously does some good work but just curious.

I’m very skeptical about her training. She certainly is not accredited with IACP or any other similar group.
The only training she references is the Beck Institute which is not substantial enough training to get accreditation in the first place! (Without having a C&P degree) Unfortunately counselling and psychotherapy is unregulated in Ireland, so many people are practicing out there without full training or accreditation.

I spoke with my therapist at length about her and he said she’s a walking He also got me to search for the body/association that psychotherapists are registered to, North and south and she was on neither…
