The description is hilarious.

“To the first floor there are three well proportioned double bedrooms, a fourth bedroom, and a well appointed four piece bathroom”
Tell me the fourth bedroom isn’t really a bedroom without telling me…

“mature and established gardens”
Whatever that means. At first I thought they were talking about the owner but established didn’t sit right. Mature, on the other hand…

“the garden is a real ‘must see’ to be fully appreciated”
We know it looks awfully messy but it’s big so you might be happy with it.

Why don’t they mention the size in the listing? What kind of trick is that?
4 piece bathroom? But they have a separate toilet, or is there also a toilet in the bathroom?

There are many reasons I wouldn't buy that house but that so called 'ensuite' would be one of the biggest reasons. I would want to rip it out entirely. I would have that area as a dressing / make up room. The other bathroom has that rotten pink vanity unit doesn't it - also needs ripping out. You have to replace all the flooring downstairs - I'd estimate the whole house needs upwards of £100K to bring it up to scratch. A developer may make a low offer to reflect the work needed and then flip the house - tbh I'm surprised that Ben (font of all knowledge and property guru) hasn't' realised that he could do the same??

They will be pissed off at the money situation. They would have spent almost £1m to buy it including stamp duty and fees, not sure how much they would have spent on it to do the extension, kitchen, ensuite, bathroom etc - maybe £100k? and it’s looking like they won’t get £1.3m for it - maybe £1.2/£1.25m So that’s £100k-£150k (if that) that they’ve made in 10 years. A LOT of money to a lot of people but relatively speaking given the sale price of the house, with inflation they have actually lost money on that property. Doesn’t bode will for the pedalo’s supposed profession. Awks!

Its a very difficult time to be selling isn't it - market is completely seized up with no one moving until they see what happens in budget. But Ben would know that ... surely.

Why is she so obsessed with that Photo Booth and the weird photos in it. When you look the kids faces in some of them - the in between performances face drop, it’s so sad. Also what is going on with Freya’s teeth? They look like they are growing in towards the middle of her mouth rather than straight up? She’s a child and can’t help it obviously, but why are her parents not helping her?

Look at us in the Photo Booth! Look we’re so FUN and wacky! Kissing and sticking our tongues out! Look LOOK!!

She really does have the mental age of a 12 year old

I wouldn’t necessarily say all 4 strokes to 25m as the butterfly is hard.
As a swimming teacher I might horrify other swimming teachers here, but IMO children who can swim on their front (front crawl/ breaststroke) and back (back stroke/ back kick) for 25m, that would be sufficient. And by swim I mean confidently move from A to B. If you were in difficulty in deep water, technique would go out the window, so swimming the butterfly would be unnecessary. Doggy paddle would even work as it keeps the head out of the water to call for help.
Of course I teach correct technique, but it’s understandable when a lot of parents stop when their children reach a certain proficiency due to cost, etc.
Grabby however, hasn’t invested in this life skill at all. Let’s hope it could be in her kids futures. It’s never too late for them to learn 🤞🏻

But Grabs investing in swimming lessons won't earn Grabs money though will it? Those kids work hard for Mama and Dadda with as little investment from their parents as possible. I often wonder if it was always her intention to have kids purely for props for her 'career'? Tragic.

The fuse story 🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s not cute or something to disclose to your audience. Same applies to that fluffy onesie.

What would she have done if her kids were there? She’s never been alone with them overnight, has she?

I doubt she’s ever been alone overnight or lived alone her whole life. Straight from home to living with Ben through uni to now. Sad. She can’t function as an adult without him
