This is never going to happen but wouldn’t it be refreshing if she just came clean and admitted that the Lumeh face sanding ‘business’ was basically a con and used her experience to warn others away from these MLM schemes? She could say how desperate she was when she was booted out by Channel Scum and that she was sucked in by the fake lifestyles of the other Lumeh floggers. Explain that since Beaver’s dad sold his business they’ve been managing with him doing casual jobs or whatever it is that he has been up to and the small amount of income she brings in and that they have finally got to the stage where it is unsustainable so they are selling up and downsizing. Think of the content opportunities!

I live by the seaside and let me tell you summer is great, taking the kids to beach anytime. BUT the winters are tit. Here is nothing going on in winter really. Oh and also loads of tourists in summer obviously. I would be carefull as she will be most definitely spotted in wild. I know they don’t earn a lot now, but her last house must’ve sold for around 300k, then they bought the shack for 390K, they have to have a few hundred k equity in the house. That’s plenty to buy a house up here.

They might have nothing in the bank but there will be money in that house, it would’ve been impossible for them to borrow more on the mortgage during the last few years, just as it will be impossible for them to get a new one.

If she starts being honest and plays this the right way, it could be the making of her. Part of me thinks her biggest problem is living in that dump has isolated her so much, she must be depressed and that's partly why she's such a knob. Living back in civilisation will do her some good, as would getting a real job if she did that. She clearly loves the attention social media gives her and she can still do that but going out to work and having some normal life experience would actually give her some depth. Bit of advice Beggy, don't go walking around thinking you're better than everyone, don't hide away, get out there and help the boys socialise and make some friends, get them into some activities they enjoy, get Alfeh and Anne the help they need!
No finance only means it's not directly secured on the car like PCP etc, not that they didn't have a bank loan etc to pay for it (I only know because I've done this before myself as it was cheaperYou just said everything I thinkwe established the sexy rangeyyy had no finance so I'm not sure how people think they afforded that, the Porsche, the Audi's and the wedding as a bare minimum not to mention all the shite little bits and bobs and daily meals out they used to have.
Clearly it's highly unlikely that they have hundreds of thousands of pounds of equity to buy a 300k 5 bedroom house outright or with only a very small mortgage like some are speculating or bog would be gloating about it, it's clear she's not happy with the move

Agree with all of this. It could be the making of them. I would do the bare minimum of the social influencing this because it actually puts people off being friendly as they don’t want to be featured - even inadvertently - on your instagram page. Thank you very much. Plus how can you be in the moment, connecting with people to develop friendships when you’re got half your attention on your phone. Imagine having a house that everyone hasn’t seen every bit of the inside. I would be desperate to get my privacy back and wouldn’t be losing that for the sake of a “career” that had nearly bankrupted me. Also - give big Ash and the rest of the MLM huns a wide berth. They have been instrumental in the down fall by duping Beggy into thinking you can make some money from selling that Lumi crap
They won't have a few hundred grand in equity at all. Regardless of what the last house sold for, there won't have been much equity from that sale I don't imagine. They weren't living in it that long before they sold up and moved to the shack.
She said herself they used all their money to get the mortgage for the shack, I imagine they probably got it with a very small deposit which means the monthly repayments will have been astronomical.
Plus, if they've been paying interest only (all assumptions here) it won't have given them any extra equity.
The only way they will have made any money on that house is due to the housing market, nothing more.
