First time posting.....I've followed ptwm since that very first viral Post but the last 12 months or so I started questioning things and ended up here.
Now she just makes me want to rage at my screen.

I have 2 ASD kids who are both very different. Wilby reminds me alot of my eldest, but what makes me rage is they expect that beautiful little boy to fit around their lives when in reality when you have children with asd you have to change how you do certain things, you have to love & nurture and find what works for you as a family & quite frankly she gives off the impression that she just can't be arsed & that he's an inconvenience!

Right I'll go back to lurking & reading now 😂

If wilby has such a good “routine” then it begs the question as to why she may need melatonin for his sleep. She’s like The Sun newspaper to her huns. If Rach said it then it must be true.

Don’t go back to lurking, seems like you have very valid points to make!
To be honest she’s not willing to adapt anything for any of her kids. Look at how they went away when S had his exams.
You have to adapt when you have small children ASD or not. Like the holiday I mentioned earlier, I’d have quite liked to eat later, go to the karaoke bar and drink my body weight in porn star martinis but my kids were 2, 4, 5 and 7 at the time so I ate early, put them to bed and had a drink and played cards/board games on the balcony. My mate and her partner on the other hand took their kids of 3 and 5 out and rocked up at midnight smashed with kids in tow and a ‘it’s our holiday too’ attitude. Then wondered why the kids kicked off the next day. some people are so selfish!

I can see this from both sides, I went on holiday with my 3yo in August and we let her stay up until the end of the mini disco. Once that was over we took it in turns to get her to sleep in the buggy (she can sleep through a war) and then enjoyed a few drinks in the bar with friends who were also doing the same with their little ones.
However, she was a big fan of the afternoon siesta so the slightly later night was being offset against that.
Would I have tried to go for a nice family dinner at 8pm after a long day on a boat with no nap? Absolutely not. That would have either have been a 6pm reservation or no family dinner and we would have been in the room that night so she got a good sleep. I should add that she is NT and still managed to have tantrums etc because it was hot and overwhelming and I let her have a few slushy so probably not used to the sugar either. Rach has never had to raise toddlers before though so this is all new to her.

Exactly that, But as we have learnt, Rachets holidays are ALWAYS about her and what she wants, There’s no way any parent would take their kids out to eat at 8/9pm… and walk back along a dual carriage way because it was the wrong bus… she’s a liability.!

Yeah that’s what I mean you enjoyed a drink of an evening but you still put your child’s needs first. Took the time to make sure she was asleep at the right time for her, I’m sure you had to walk round and round some nights until she fell asleep, we’ve all been there, but you did it so she would still enjoy the next day. R doesn’t seem to consider their needs at all or realise that all tired over stimulated kids have tantrums and need boundaries and routine.

It's a good job Sloshy is on sabbatical got sacked from the police if he can't handle a 3 yo having a tantrum how is he going to arrest someone?!

It's clearly damage limitation from her as we all saw what a lovely, happy little boy Wobble is. She's never shied away from showing his "meltdowns" where she can, so if he was so awful on holiday where are the receipts Raquelle?!!

Trolls!! Even though Sloshy and Rach DO NOT READ TATTLE, he has posted a pic to his grid off him and Seb together!

One thing i can never get over is the amount of coke wilby drinks. I don’t even have children but when/if I do, they certainly will not be being weaned on coke. I don’t even really like drinking it myself as it makes my mouth go really kind of fuzzy like? He will be addicted now too and they will struggle to get him off it when they take him to the dentist and he hopefully bollocks them 🤣

His entire diet is sweets, junk, fast food, fizzy drinks, sugary tea etc. Apart from an apple that came out of the mouth of one of the dogs, he has barely been near a fruit or vegetable in his little life. Half his "behavioural issues" likely come from his staple diet of sugar, salt, additives etc (and the other half is tit parenting).

If the dentist bollocks them no doubt they'll be branded a troll!

My younger two drink nothing but water, they are allowed other things but only like water. It’s so funny because now with being environmentally friendly a lot of places are selling water in cans instead of plastic bottles and we realised they had never drank from a can before… watching their first attempt was quite comical!! 😂

Add that to the fact that when he takes a drink he holds it in his mouth for ages before he swallow it.

Same both mine only drink water and they like it to be super cold so I always have a jug of water in the fridge. I don’t mind them having squash but they prefer cold water 👍🏻

Planned a big meal for the last night 🙄 ( isn’t that just what they had been doing every night?) after spending all day out at sea! Am sure everyone would be shattered after being in the sun all day and swimming in open water and want an early night ready for the journey home next day. Why though did both adults have to stay in the room? Couldn’t at least one of the parents join the older children for dinner? Oh and how does one restrain a 3 year old?!! 😲

My husband does this...drives me mad.
My 5yo son will only drink water...every party he's been too I've had to go & get him a cup of water because only squash is handed out (I'd be ok with the odd squash, he just won't drink it). My 2yo *loves* a sip of orange juice for breakfast. I know it's not great for teeth, so she literally gets an inch in a cup. No way would i let either of them hang out all day with a big cup of coke. Mindblowing stuff.

When it opened Racquetball said she'd be working there every Wednesday 🤷 Betsy's on the payroll, Sloshy's "volunteering there", Arsetrid seems to have dropped off the radar, is every single one of the paid mates and hangers on sick?

The dentist is already toxic for telling them Seb had a broken arm that time!!
