Im beginning to bloat and 7 weeks on thursday, im plus size too x
The bloat is real definitely!!! I think people take gaviscon and my friend drinks milk I’m not sure if any of these work x14 weeks tomorrow and I feel massive tonight! I feel super bloated but I don’t actually think I am? If you remember the Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory film where Violet turns into a blueberry and they think she’ll pop, that’s how my abdomen feels tonight! I’m a plus size girl anyway (18-20) and I fear my flab is already being pushed forward by the apple sized kid growing away behind it (peach tomorrow I think! If that’s actually bigger than an apple….) and I swear I can see I’m starting to show which is making me a bit paranoid, though I probably just look like I ate all the pies to everyone else.
Obviously we can all come back at laugh at me making this post when I’m 38 weeks and feeling gigantic. I fear I will not have a sweet, small neat little bump, I’m going to become a complete whale, I can tell!
also, while I’m here, what’s good for heartburn? I’m scared to take anything and I had such a crap experience when I went to the pharmacy about my blocked up nose that I don’t fancy going back to ask (I chose a little vaguely independent pharmacy in my work city to avoid anyone seeing/hearing me. The Boots is a bit public for my liking!). I’ve had heartburn about twice in my life before this but that’s what my nausea seems to have started to develop into. Any excellent remedies that won’t result in my kid developing a third arm?
34 weeksHow far along are you x
I went to the doctor because my nose kept bleeding every other day when blowing it. Gave me pregnancy safe antihistamines for my 'hormonal rinitis' and cauterize the nose.14 weeks tomorrow and I feel massive tonight! I feel super bloated but I don’t actually think I am? I don’t like milk (except in coffee which is now mostly decafThe bloat is real definitely!!! I think people take gaviscon and my friend drinks milk I’m not sure if any of these work x
My nose doesn’t bleed too much but it’s very snotty and what comes out of my nose basically always has blood in it. Thankfully the ladies on this thread calmed my early pregnancy meltdown by assuring me a Vicks nasal inhaler thing was safe and that has at least made my sinuses less choked. I’m dreading my usual hay fever season as I normally survive on tablets, nasal spray and eyedrops all at once!I went to the doctor because my nose kept bleeding every other day when blowing it. For heartburn the easiest but yuckiest is to straight up suck a pinch of table salt.
I’ve been chugging my body weight in gaviscon, have done for all of mine. I can inly do the pink bottle one though, the rest are gross..it’s a texture thing14 weeks tomorrow and I feel massive tonight! I feel super bloated but I don’t actually think I am? I had to get some anti sickness from my gp for work purposes and these helped and having something as soon as I woke up but I know sometimes eating can make you feel worse xI want to attend a funeral when I'll be 8 weeks but I'm already struggling a lot with nausea (as well as actually being sick today) and I'm not even 6 weeks yet which is earlier than it started with my last pregnancy and I was physically sick a lot with it being at it's worst around 8 weeks! Has anyone got any advice for how I would be able to manage it? It's not really something I can just sneak out of to be sick and then it will be pretty obvious to everyone else I'm pregnant but I am expected to be going and everyone will be wondering why I haven't gone if I stay at home. I'm so torn on what to do![]()
rennies or gaviscon are fine, if they stop working or only work for a short while omeprazole will clear the heartburn completely in most cases. This can be bought in supermarkets/pharmacies or prescribed by GP if you wish.14 weeks tomorrow and I feel massive tonight! I feel super bloated but I don’t actually think I am? There are pregnancy safe antihistamines. My anti sickness tablets were actually antihistamine.I’m dreading my usual hay fever season as I normally survive on tablets, nasal spray and eyedrops all at once!
