Had anyone else just not felt any nausea really? I’m nearly 10 weeks. Had a few episodes of feeling nauseous earlier on but fleeting. I feel pregnant in other ways - super bloated, random aches and pains, exhausted - but no nausea. I had very minimal nausea when pregnant with my first child but this is even less still. Worried it’s a bad sign
No nausea for me either so far! I'm nearly 16 weeks and hoping it stays that way 😂

How to cure week 7 of morning sickness and stomach feeling full so eating feels like not an option lol
I find sparkling water helps. The key is finding one that isn't too fizzy. Pellegrino and Strathmore work for me.

I had no symptoms, apart from a craving for orange squash, with my first. This time round I feel nauseous and have a weird thing with certain food textures.

So it’s normal to have morning sickness one day and not the next right? Google is telling me my horomones are unbalanced and jeopardising the pregnancy and I am slightly freaking out!! (Ps, I see my awesome doctor today for more blood results AND I go in for my first scan today!!!!)

Very normal - symptoms fluctuate day to day and have no bearing on how the pregnancy is going 🙂 good luck at your appointments!

37+5 and I’m ready for him to come out now! (That’s full term where I live in Australia, I’m not sure if it is in the UK as I never got that far in a pregnancy when I was in the UK). Over thinking every movement, ended up going to hospital for a check yesterday because I was convinced he is having reduced movements even though he IS moving. Feel like he will just be safer on the outside where I can see him lol 🙃 I’m not even bored on mat leave, I was made for doing my cleaning and cooking and walking the dogs but I just want him to come now. I felt really jealous of the woman the midwife said she might get called out of my room to go to if she got ready to push like … I want to push 😂

6 weeks today and so so nauseous and sick. Tried to take a cyclizine tablet yesterday and it made me spaced out for the whole entire day, I couldn't keep awake! Never again!

Has anyone found a medication that helps? I had hyperemesis gravidarum with my daughter 5 years ago and was so sick. I tried stemetil, cyclizine and prochlorperazine but none of them worked, I know there are stronger meds out there but I didn't have the energy to fight for others last time.

I think I had cyclizine last time and tbh it’s the only one I found worked but it does knock you out. I had to take it late afternoon and it would work for 18 hours for me so then I only had to deal with a few hours of sickness. I asked for a different one this time around but it wasn’t half as effective (can’t remember what it was called).

The Lovall leggings - are they cotton or sports legging material?

I’ve got the everyday maternity ones and they’re thick cotton, I got my prepregnancy size but think I will get another pair in the size up because I can’t see them lasting another 14 weeks of my growing belly!

I woke up at 1.30 this morning and barely dozed the rest of the night. I’m a fan of sleeping tablets but obviously not now… any recommendations for less lethal methods to help with my sleep?

Going for a long walk or exercise class helps me.. I always sleep better if I get out and do a bit of activity in the evening

Maybe try the calm app - they have long relaxing tracks which have helped me feel sleepy in the past. Or maybe have a boring book next to your bed? A few pages of that might help?

Lavender spray on your pillow, I find sometimes if I tense all the muscles from the bottom to the top of my body it'll relax me more and enable sleep. A walk isn't necessarily feasible due to the bowling balls we're all carrying but if you feel able it may help!

I was diagnosed with insomnia when I was 13 and thankfully my medication doesn't affect pregnancy so it's not something I struggle with massively anymore. The muscles thing has some actual science behind it, and it can't hurt to try lavender spray.

The muscle tensing is something I normally do but it’s stopped working recently. Shall try the lavender. I’m exercising but it’s not doing anything, even if I’m exhausted I don’t sleep.

Hormones on a mad one. "Slipping Through My Fingers" by ABBA has come on my Spotify DJ thing and it's given me a lump in my throat. The she/her pronouns don't help 😭 Having to tell myself the poor mite isn't even here yet, chill out, bloody loser 💀

Holy Mary mother of god. Absolutely riddled with sciatica all of a sudden and my belly has popped. And I still have 17 weeks to go 🥲🥲 anyone know anything that helps with the sciatica

9 weeks today with hyperemesis, a toddler and a dog. Just had a massive cry because I desperately want someone to come and look after me. It’s so hard being ill on your own all day! So jealous of those with nausea free first trimesters, I think I’d give up my leg if it meant I didn’t feel sick anymore.

I’m 26 weeks, I’ll be having baby between 34-37 weeks as he is unwell and will need surgery immediately after birth. I really don’t want a c-section, does anyone have any tips on things I can do to help me be able to deliver naturally? I’m not sure if there is anything I can do but I’m desperate for a smooth natural Labour if any of you lovely ladies have any tips 🤞🏼 x
