Super scary yet exciting going into the last ‘month’!! Baby Haz is due later this month and I’m going nuts trying to think if I’ve remembered everything
I would speak to your midwife and get something prescribed for the sickness. Stick to liquids like soup and smoothies - it will help your throat more.Has anyone else experienced horrific sickness in the third trimester? I just don't know what to do with myself. I had a bit of nausea in the first trimester and like I always say the second trimester was actually really nice and I enjoyed it but what I'm having now is killing me offevery single night this week I've been throwing up. It wakes me up and I spend a good hour either being sick or having the most horrific reflux. My throat is so sore with it that I'm even struggling to sip water so tonight I'm feeling so weak and I don't want to become dehydrated. I knew the third trimester was going to be tough but I didn't think I'd be sick the way I have

I have a friend who suffered badly in the third trimester too-she went to the gp who prescribed her something for the reflux (omeprazole) and it helped massively with the sickness and reflux. Also re the reflux it is an old wives tale that milk helps-it actually has the opposite effect so stay away from it!Has anyone else experienced horrific sickness in the third trimester? I’m due next week!!Happy September all! Just dawned on me that I’m having my baby next monthWho’s due this month?!
I did laps of the garden, went into labour that evening. Walking up stairs sideways is supposed to be good but I live in a bungalow.I’m due next week!!currently fed up and wanting this baby OUT! If anyone has any good tips at bringing labour on please let me know! Consultant wants to induce or section me end of next week because of high blood pressure, which I’m terrified about, so I’m hoping and praying he comes naturally before then!

the GP can prescribe omeprazole for acid refluxBeen to the pharmacist and they can't give me anything for my acid refluxliterally just said eat ginger biscuits and sip ginger tea. Fml if I have to go through the next ten weeks of this. I honestly don't know how people with HG do it - you're all bleeping superwomen because this has only been the last few weeks for me and I'm DONE

I had HG in my first pregnancy the whole way through and currently in the 3rd trimester with baby #2 and it's a lot more manageable now. I find eating little and often is much easier on my stomach than 3 meals, and having ice pops rather than drinks. My vomiting was worse at night time due to laying down in bed so found propping myself up with pillows and not eating too soon before bed.Has anyone else experienced horrific sickness in the third trimester?
