Congrats to you too! XMy app is telling me 5weeks and a day.I've the same feeling which has been dragging on for over 2 weeks now. My boobs are in agony and grew over night so that's good too I guess (but it's completely normal to feel nothing too) it's ll. Guessing game. Congratulations

Also if you wanna tell friends or your mum then do it! We told family and a few close friends way before 12 weeks, i FaceTimed my mum at 7am on a Saturday to tell her

yes I’m wondering if I’ll tell her sooner, it’s just then where do you stop - telling all siblings and I know she’ll be desperate to tell her sisters etc. Tell one close friend and then want to tell them all! First baby in our family so it’ll be a massive deal. Not helped that my brother has been struggling to conceive for a couple of years and it happened to us instantly 
so I’ll see. Very grateful for this thread!
Tread a little carefully with this. We’ve just told my husband’s brother about us and he acted horrifically, and still isn’t talking to us. He and his wife have been ttc for 8 years and they’re both now very bitter about any good baby news. Maybe get some others out of the way first, and maybe enlist them to help.Thanks

yes, definitely a delicate situationI think there’s such a huge stigma about not telling people until the 12 week mark. I done a test just after 4 weeks and the first person I wanted to tell was my mam, even before my partner.. I waited 3 days for gp confirmation and was straight to my mam’s.. tell whoever you like, you need support now more than everThanks so much
Pregnancy is such a wild ride, isn't it? Got my 20 week scan next week and I'm back to panicking and worrying 
I've probably felt the baby move three-four times in the past three weeks - twice was flutters and once was more like proper kicks but I keep thinking I should be feeling them more? I keep telling myself that it's just the position they are in but I'm also barely showing and thought I would have "popped" by now. I'm anxious for next week but also can't wait to see if everything is okay

All completely normal with your first, the flutters will get more frequent and you’ll get more kicks soon. I didn’t pop until about 26 weeks with my first. Normal to be nervous for the 20 week scan but try to enjoy it when you’re there, it’s incredible the detail you can see. xxPregnancy is such a wild ride, isn't it? Even though we’ve since lost the pregnancy I don’t regret telling a few people I was pregnant before 12 weeks. I told my mum and a couple of sister-figured who have children. It was helpful to not feel so alone navigating the sickness, the changes, the worries

I "popped" or should I say expanded slowly between 21-22 weeks, then by 23 weeks I feel huge and have got much bigger in the space of the week! I'm amazed at how quickly it happened!
I'm now 26 weeks and can no longer hold my belly in at all like i could up until 20 weeks

I filled in a form for mine and am waiting. It feels very weird just to have to wait around for anyone to officially confirm I’m pregnant
Every area is different. With mine, you fill in the online form at around 5/6 weeks and then you dont hear anything until around 9/10 weeks.Thanks for all the reassurance. I’m such an impatient person, I want 100 scans and tests NOWEvery area is different. With mine, you fill in the online form at around 5/6 weeks and then you dont hear anything until around 9/10 weeks.
