Has anyone else not had morning sickness in first trimester? I'm only 7 weeks (almost) but my only symptoms are very tired/fatigued and sore 🍒. Otherwise I wouldn't think any different of being pregnant! 😕
I didn’t have any symptoms until about 7 weeks. Weeks 8-10 were probably the worst for nausea. I think it was mild compared to what some women have but it was enough for me. Careful what you wish for 😂

My sore 🍒 were probably the first symptom. Went swimming and it felt like they were going to fall off

My sickness started at week 7 and has only just started to get better at 22 weeks. Hopefully, you continue as you are with no symptoms. Everyone is different and you may just sail through 🤞🏽 for you!

Started being physically sick today. Haven't been able to keep anything down, not even water. Hoping it's not related to pregnancy and is a bug or something because I don't think I can do this for a prolonged period of time 🥺

Has anyone had problems with high blood pressure in the third trimester? Mine has been fluctuating for the past week now so I’ve been in and out of hospital for BP profiles. I have no other pre-eclampsia symptoms, my urine is clear of protein etc so they are refusing to put me on regular medication and baby is happy and healthy but over the weekend it’s been consistently high and I constantly feel lightheaded. Just feel like I will get nowhere going back into the assessment unit instead of more monitoring and it’s driving me up the wall! Sorry, rant over 😂

I've had 4 pregnancies and not been sick once!

Hi everyone, first time commenting on here.

I’m 35 weeks, first pregnancy and I’ve been told by 2 people at work today that my bump looks like it’s dropped. Slightly panicking now as we’re not quite ready and still have bits to buy 😂😂

When did you go into labour after noticing your bump dropping?

Mini rant incoming. Fed up with medical professionals tbh 😂. Was told I’d get a call with details of my section today. Times getting on and I hadn’t heard anything so I called myself. “Yes it was booked in this morning your pre op is on Thursday we sent you a letter today.” I’m just like ??? I was told I’d get a call, plus Thursday is so soon what if I never called and the letter didn’t come in time. 🙄 plus side is cause it’s so last minute I’ve actually been booked into a nicer hospital. It’s a little bit of a drive but my more local one has a lot of bad memories for me so silver lining and all that!

Is anyone going to use reusable nappies? I want to but there’s so many different brands and options I’ve no clue😆
Really recommend doing The Nappy Lady questionnaire but my personal recommendation is TotsBots. There’s tons of cloth nappy Facebook groups you can ask all your questions in.

I only started when my daughter was a toddler but going to use cloth nappies for this baby too I think

If it carries on don’t be afraid to ring the GP for some antisickness! My sickness has been awful this time round, started at 6 weeks and still going at 28 weeks. It took three different medications but eventually found one that’s made a huge different

It’s re-usable nappy week next week and most brands will have really good sales on too, I think TotsBots did 30% off last year

Anyone else had really intense braxton hicks at the end? I’m 39 weeks and last night I couldn’t sleep as I was having intense cramps back to front. I was like omg this is it it’s starting but nope I fell asleep through it and woke up fine 🤣 I was getting so excited and mentally preparing myself for labour.

Yes, exactly the same happened to me the night before I was induced! Exciting stuff!

Been having braxton hicks and lower abdominal pain so have been in hospital, now admitted to a ward. My cervix is closed but the hormone test/swab they did indicated a possibility of early labour. I’ve just been left and nothing has been explained to me. In a room with four other women, haven’t had anything to eat since breakfast. Just want my partner and my bed ☹

Was your baby wiggling a lot through them? I feel so bad like he’s in pain too!! Or maybe he’s just wriggling down idk 😅
Yes when they hooked me up to the monitor I always found a contraction would often make her move. I mean it makes sense! She hated being prodded by the midwives, she’d kick them and then wriggle to the other side of my tummy 😂

Baby Ro arrived safely yesterday lunch time 🥰 felt rough after the section but mainly nerves I think & dizziness from pregnancy!
Can’t believe he’s actually here. Wishing you all lots of luck with your births & pregnancies 🙏❤❤

Had a growth scan today at 32w3d and baby is measuring at 5lbs 14oz and let me tell you, it's a good job I was sat down when the doctor told me 🙃😂
Had a bit of a wobble as baby girl is looking MASSIVE and I'm a bit worried that I won't get the birth I want (know birth plan is more of a wishlist than anything else)
Anyone else been in a similar situation and gone on to have a vaginal birth? Just after some reassurance more than anything!x
My sister just had a 9lbs 11oz baby vaginally (and she was posterior) and was fine. Just needed a little help from forceps at the end. She was on the dance floor at a wedding within a week. 😊

I had this with my last pregnancy, exactly the same and it didn’t develop into pre-eclampsia. I was in and out being monitored too. I did get offered an induction at 39 weeks but it was part of a trial in women with high blood pressure and I declined as I didn’t want to be induced and there was no evidence that it helped. Try and take it easy if you can. Sorry not sure much can be done at this stage but for me it didn’t affect baby. It may mean that you are monitored more closely during labour though, I was bouncing on the birth ball hooked up the monitors to begin with when I went into labour. They are more concerned about baby’a heart rate than yours!

Now I’m on my second pregnancy, I’ve been prescribed 150mg aspirin per day to hopefully manage my blood pressure through this one.
