Does anyone have any tips for morning sickness. Week 4-6 I had nausea but now I’m 6 weeks I can barely stomach the thought of food never mind actually eating anything
I haven’t tried crackers yet but even the thought of them isn’t nice
but I’m a bit worried about losing weight. I am taking my folic acid & vitamin d supplement still - had to change to a smaller capsule because the original prenatal I bought you had to take 3 huge tablets which I couldn’t hack
