If she genuinely thinks she's autistic she needs to go to the doctor, not post in on her story and take an online quiz. One of my friends is autistic and it's something that she struggles with daily (and she's high functioning), it's not just something that makes a quirky relatable identifier. This sounds like when everyone on TikTok was like 'If you sometimes don't make your bed, you have ADHD'.

Bore off Polly, it's not always as simple as avoiding eye contact and being socially awkward. I bet she wouldn't announce it like that if the only symptoms of autism that were recognised were low functioning ones.
