I never understand why people can’t talk about this stuff. Why is money such a taboo?its pretty good finances but I find it a little crass to post on her Instagram stories

she’s not saying what her salary is though (which I think is important to share). She’s saying how much her business is making, bragging about it. With no indication of what the actual profit isI never understand why people can’t talk about this stuff. Why is money such a taboo?
Good for her tbf.she’s not saying what her salary is though (which I think is important to share). She’s saying how much her business is making, bragging about it. With no indication of what the actual profit is
This! I make less than £8k a year. If I had a business taking in 200k in 9 months I'd be celebrating hahahGood for her tbf.
The style reminds me a lot of Saturday by Megan ellaby. Not enjoying the vibe at allI swear she pays them £18k based on a job advert I saw from her a while ago!
Not a fan of the diary covers, quite generic and not got the old Polly touch imo
Companies house don’t report turnover on micro accounts…It was a bit of a beat She’s said she made 200k before but companies house said another story so I’d take it with a pinch of salt anyway![]()
Oh really. What does that show then?Companies house don’t report turnover on micro accounts…
Assets (so retained profit & stock, equipment etc) & liabilitiesOh really. What does that show then?
Her wage, staff wages, any stock etc would be taken away from it. Breaking even is pretty good!Ooh I see. So if she earned 200k last year or whatever it was she said that was posted here a while ago and her profit was £13k that year I think from memory? Then she has a bleeping good accountant to make all that profit disappear. Either that or she’s talking rit, we all know her profit margins![]()
Was thinking EXACTLY thisDid she design the rug she bought from society6? Because if not, then one of her new diary designs is a direct copy even down to the colour![]()
She’ll still have pulled her wage and dividends from it.Why would you want to break even from a business that’s your full time jobhow does she live.
Say she earned 200k, breakdown might be: 100k materials, 40k her wage, 40k staff wages, 7k misc (accountant etc), 13k profit - the profit is what she has spare to invest into the next years or for dividends (unsure when dividends would be paid!) The money she pays herself doesn't come out of official profit.Ooh I see. So if she earned 200k last year or whatever it was she said that was posted here a while ago and her profit was £13k that year I think from memory? Then she has a bleeping good accountant to make all that profit disappear. Either that or she’s talking rit, we all know her profit margins![]()
