she’s not saying what her salary is though (which I think is important to share). She’s saying how much her business is making, bragging about it. With no indication of what the actual profit is

This! I make less than £8k a year. If I had a business taking in 200k in 9 months I'd be celebrating hahah
If she's rolling in it, why is she paying her staff a (relatively) low wage???

Say she earned 200k, breakdown might be: 100k materials, 40k her wage, 40k staff wages, 7k misc (accountant etc), 13k profit - the profit is what she has spare to invest into the next years or for dividends (unsure when dividends would be paid!) The money she pays herself doesn't come out of official profit.Ooh I see.
