I actually quite like Polly usually but the stories tonight are too much. I can't help but think this should have stayed in her therapy session rather than being shared with nearly 40k followers.

This is how I feel recently and why I've contributed to the thread. I do quite like her but sometimes... girl

Also, no judgement if he is an actual narcissist. I've dealt with them as friends before and it is enlightening to look back and see the tit you tolerated but like... it is just looking petty rather than informative for her followers or 'real'.

Just watched those stories again and can't believe she's put all that out there, think it's vile her saying she wants to have him second hand diagnosed as a narcisist so she feels validated, and how she's on about changing his style so he looks better, she's made herself sound absolutely vile and I usually really like her

As someone in therapy, yeah it can bring a lot of emotions to the surface and make you want to scream from a mountain about some people but mygodddd you don't go online and announce it to that many people. Good lord I don't even share the details of my sessions with my closest friends and i only have like 4 lmfao

At first I was half expecting her to delete the stories - I know I certainly would as this is clearly off-the-cuff and a knee-jerk response to her therapy session - but knowing Polly she won't! Her stories tonight are embarassing.

Scrolled back and it was ~3 years ago she was with him, said she spent £3.5k on the holiday (while a uni student) maybe I'm just broke but that makes her all the more unrelated for me... She's said a few times about saving for a house but must be basically at that goal if you need what like £20k deposit?

The idea of a “second hand diagnosis” is so gross. The therapist only knows what she tells her, so implying that’s even possible is ridiculous. She could really hurt his reputation. And it shows what she thinks of people with mental health issues.

Could he sue her for slander if he finds out & work colleagues/friends see? My ex was awful but I’d never share publicly anything that happened (or even witch to colleagues about him tbh)

This is weird. Her relationship break up is quite obviously triggering for her and she quite clearly needs help getting over it BUT this really needed to stay between her and her therapist. Why in the world is she blasting him all over the internet? I don’t mind Polly (although she does say some questionable things sometimes - like now) but jheez love, this is a bit inappropriate, no?
