she did mention once that everyone gets a four day week, unless it’s busy I think? That being said she doesn’t get a pass - she still swans about in the mornings making fancy breakfasts and taking walks etc while her staff are most likely working.

Amelia's manual on how to do her job is basically going to be the manual on how to run Sighhh. I think she manages pretty much everything whilst Polly just sits "designing".

Given how basic Polly's designs are, Amelia could probably go set up her own thing and be as, if not more successful.

Polly said “she has to move back home” if distance was the real issue Polly would let her work remotely, even if it was temporary. Something tells me it’s more than that and Amelia wasn’t happy in the job anymore. Maybe because the dynamic changed as the business grew and more staff came in. Or maybe she got sick of having the camera shoved in her face all day everyday
