She puts the bare minimum in unless she needs the kids for an ad! She literally has no interest in them unless they are on her tit or sat stuffing their faces. She could go to the works and buy 10 books for £5 or go to the library and take a book out on the way home for school.

Wowww shocking stories from the dumb tudor tika tits

If you are reading this - STOP JUSTIFYING BEING SO LAZY poor kids it's not supposed to be fun to do homework and chores but it's part of life.

Listen to yourself 'the thing is she's only 4 some of her class mates turned 5 so lol I'm not bothered'

Read it again. She's disadvantaged by her age, by you not reading to her, by you spending all your time on your phone she's not meetting the expected.

Ans how she says it's completely normal. Actually no it's not Phobe - it's average that the majority of children in a class will be at expected (the norm) that's the schools aims and targets and the government aim overall the not so average kids are either EXCEEDING I.e ahead/top of the class. Or 'not meeting/progressing etc' I.e NEED MORE HELP.

Not critiquing anyones children parenting or educational abilities that's just plain and simple what 'expected' standard means isn't it ?

That's what they say at my sons school 'EXPECTED' for their age - age being leaving reception so 4-5.

Not 5-6. Not 8-9. For a 4 year old she is not where she is EXPECTED to be.

It's not nice to hear and not (any!) childrens fault but it's a grading measure.

I genuinely can't believe she can't sit with a camera in her face for hours upon hours and spout tit about breakfasts and washing lines and show off her flaps and baps but she can't sit and practice key words or read once a night.

'Mate I feel ya' what an absolute crap environment for the poor kid sitting there waiting to do her home work and her mum & golden boy sighing with their heads in their hands moaning about it.

What a disgusting attitude to have.

You know the real sad thing here is there will be people who are not meeting expected and their parents are working back to back shifts living hand to mouth trying their best at the end of the day to read and get kids to school with food in their bellies.

Then up rock the Holliday-court bleep buckets in their joules clothing with their baskets of fruit, tuft trays and garden forts.
Oh I blink for a living and my non husband is a bank manager. Money to burn on electric cars & annual passes but can't BE BOTHERED to do basic home work.

I cannot believe this but she has enraged me so much that I have re registered on this site after deleting my account last summer. I felt I was getting too involved in people who I didn’t know lives. But this….has triggered me to say Walter Mitty fan is back.
I have had the misfortune to know parents like this when my children were at school and I can tell you that to a one, the children suffered for it. Middle class hippy champagne socialists who basically feel they are literally too cool for school. However they simultaneously want their children to excel so they can shrug smugly and say they must be naturally gifted.
Whoever said she’s only interested in food nailed it. She is so IDLE it is true. She says she is conflicted which basically means she wants V to do well at school but can’t be arsed to put ant effort in herself just like she’s conflicted about breakfast as she wants to lose weight but can’t be arsed to make an effort.
Wake up Feebs, the world will not do it for you. You owe to your kids to stop being so selfish and get off your fat arse and do something for once.

Guys it's fine, moped is going to carry on the tudor name. I heard that playing with playdough and tuff trays are required to get into banking. 🙄

There’s probably kids in V’s class ahead of her who were fed *gasp* formula! and are ahead of her because their parents just read to them! Heaven forfend! Some might even still be 4!
There will be a passive aggressive story on IG tomorrow after she catches up here, how very dare you suggest such an atrocity! She’ll be fuming at the thought of the school allowing formula fed children through the moat gates!

Doesn't want school work at home and rather than a quick 5 minutes words and reading, Vesper is going to be surrounded with school work on every wall. She is insufferable. I really want some of the school mums of teachers to find this tattle page 😂

It’s so sad seeing parents like this. I’ve just had parents evening where I’ve had to tell parents their child is below age related working and all of them asked me what they could do to help them at home. I couldn’t imagine a parent- who doesn’t work- not being bothered to read a book, or do a 5 minute activity on an educational programme such as reading eggs or education city. Doesn’t she have something like tapestry in reception to upload successes on? It’s so sad that in all of this V is made out to be the issue rather than Feebs not doing anything of value with her.
What is your opinion on Reading eggs? 😌

How can this lazy tudor not WANT to sit down and read with her kids though, what the duck is wrong with her?! Best time of the day for me is reading with my kids every night. My son is also in reception, he is FIVE though, not ONLY FOUR but for years, we have been reading every night, 2 or 3 books, its part of our bedtime routine and he loves it. He reads his school reading book to me too every other night and also reads it to his dad and his grandma/grandad at the weekend, he loves showing how good he is getting and the progress he's making. I still read with my 9 year old too, were working our way through the Harry Potter books together and we both love the time together and watching the film once we've finished the book. Mick wouldn't enjoy anything like that though, spending quality time together. Just stick a tit in their mouth and be done.

Why does she solve every problem by throwing money at it? Why does she struggle with the very basics of being a parent SO much?
Yesss she does, always hoping a book will have a magic answer which makes life easier for her. In this case though reading with your child (as someone who is literate and speaks the language your child is learning as a first language) is simple- just bloody read with them! If she finds it just soooo boring find a way to make it enjoyable. Why not have V read to 'erb (I loved that at her age), or build in cuddles and a book to night time routine. When I was at uni I volunteered at a school and after school once a week would be a session for parents who struggled to support their children with reading because they didn't speak much English or couldn't read or write at all- they were all so dedicated and worked so hard to try and learn ways to help. She's so privileged and lazy, why brands pay her to be an influencer is baffling. Hopefully Jim picks up the slack with V as he does with the housework.

It’s not Phoebe’s fault. Remember everyone she has got ADHD!!
Ahaha her self diagnosis is a convenient way for her to try and excuse her laziness isn't it. I have adhd (diagnosed) and never use it as an excuse; sometimes I have to say for adaptions but the vast majority I make myself or find coping mechanisms, ways to plan etc that help. I hate that people (not people joking on here about it as that's funny) like feebs who say it flippantly- same as the ocd as I like to clean crew, ew. She's so self absorbed she doesn't think of anyone else and how what she says might come across.

She never mentioned that book about questions kids ask after impulsively buying it.
Can just imagine her in the future when V’s in secondary school and failing her GCSEs ‘I mean the thing is, V is still only fifteeeen? Some of her friends have already turned sixteeeeen so liiiike I just think it’s COMPLETELY norrrrmal’

Got time to get your kid to film your "fashion" reels, eye-duck yourself dry at spas on the reg, explain to grown adults how clocks work, and film your "work-outs" yet can't read a book to your kid. How can people bear to follow her??

Don't have any more to add really other than I think it's incredibly sad that she's not doing anything with her and from someone with a huge amount of privilege. Maybe she thinks once they are at school her job is done?

My little one is similar age, also summer born and in reception. They do get homework on top of reading but it's lovely achievable things like drawing a picture or helping around the house. I am not a huge fan of homework at this age but my little one absolutely loves it. She loves bringing it into school and they get to chat about it in front of the class and then put on the wall so a real fuss is made of them. If we haven't done the homework yet, she obviously sees class mates talking about theirs so wants to do it as she wants to be part of it (and I don't want her to feel left out) so we make time. It's not very difficult really?

Also reading to my little one is a go to activity to fill some time since she was really small (and it still is) as it's so easy and actually quite a restful activity when you haven't had much sleep (you can sit down Mick!) along with the obvious benefits to her.

Edit for typos!
