Go to the dr. Peri can’t explain every symptom and this is serious enough to need properly looking at.I’ve been the same. Pretty much constant dizziness for months now, and headaches.

I hope that’s not why you’ve started it? I started in May and since then I’ve put on over 1.5 stone. I haven’t done a single thing different apart from the HRT. I calorie count (and had lost 2 stone on the calories I’m on) strength training 3x a week, couple of cardio sessions, 8-10k daily steps and it’s just piling on. And in different places now too, so I’ve always had shape but now I’m like an apple. I’m also on mounjaro and have lost a grand total of half a pound in 3 weeks on that. Seriously considering coming off HRT because of the weight gain. I don’t know a single person who’s lost weight on it.What?!!!!!
I have just started HRT to kick start weight loss.
Yes I did. Also had to have 2 root canals within the space of 9 months which was horrendous and I think are related to menopause etc.Has anyone experienced more sensitive teeth and gums? I definitely have these last disc months. I’ve had sensitivity in the past but not on the regular. It seems constant. It could just be down to ageing and getting longer in the tooth which is kind of inevitable I suppose.

I’m on month two of HRT patches. The tearfulness is unbearable for the second half of the month. I’m going to have to come off it. I feel depressed and last weekend had really worrying thoughts. I was interested to see you mentioned emotional as well.I put on a startling amount of weight on HRT- around 8kg in one year and previously always maintained the same healthy weight for over 20 years. It may be anecdotal but I found it added to a very unattractive bloat around my middle, boobs grew by 2 cup sizes and generally felt heavy and slow. Weight gain does come up as one of the common side effects from HRT whatever anyone says. Personally the negative side effects massively outweighed the positives. HRT seemed to help with mood and sleep at the start but after months and couple of tweaks about strengths and forms (went from pills to patches) slept became just as bad as previously and my anxiety was through the roof. Had weird side effects in the progesterone phase of skin itching and UTI-like symptoms, very emotional too. Periods were horrendous.
I do appreciate that HRT is god-sent for some but not everyone seems to respond well to it.
What?!!!!!

Sorry to have been the bearer of bad news. If it’s the only reason you’re taking it I’d reconsider. If you have other symptoms you may find those benefits outweigh the weight gain. Any Dr will deny it causes weight gain, I’m pretty sure that’s because they know people would refuse to take it if you were told you’d gain weight literally overnight and not be able to shift itFFS !!!!!!!!
This is giving me hope!! I started Evori this week after feeling constantly exhausted, no motivation to do ANYTHING, unable to focus and loss of libido. I'm hoping to get my spark back as I'm 49 now and wany to enjoy my life!i'm 44; been taking Evorl for a few months now; my mood is lighter, i'm more focused and don't seem to have brain fog any longer which is a god send. my period is regular but almost unremarkable which for me is massive. i've had terrible periods since they started in my teens.
on top of that, my sex drive is back and with that comes some of my body confidence which i feel i'd lost a bit. i'd also say that i'm feeling less dull or miserable.
other side of the coin: i seem to always have mouth ulcers or blisters - particularly on the inside of my bottom lip.
i'm glad to be on them tbh.
Good luck. I’d say I was noticing small differences within a week. Everyone is different. This is giving me hope!!
