I've always had to pee overnight. Recently, it's become twice. I find it hard to get to sleep after the second time.

I’ve been using a supplement for this and it really works. I am the most sceptical person ever but thought them worth a try. They’re called Jude and have something like grapefruit extract or something. I’ve been taking them for a few months and honestly am sure they’ve made a difference.

It can be sign of not drinking enough in the daytime, but also can be to do with sugar in the evening. I’ll post back with the info if I get time later.

I'm not sure if I wake because I need to go , or if I need to go because I've woken up.

I received this text today

We have received a medication recall notification for Evorel Sequi patches. The batch number affected is 613700, Ex date: Sept 2025. If you have received this batch, please check the contents of your pack to ensure it contains 4 Evorel 50 patches and 4 Evorel Conti patches and that the packaging is clearly labelled with the medication names. If you have not received 4 of each patch, please contact your pharmacist for further information and arrangement of a replacement

Sounds like they just didn’t put the right amount of both in rather than there’s anything wrong with the patches themselves.

I'm going away in a week, I'm due to stop taking my Urogestan which I then usually get a breakthrough kind of bleed. Like with the pill can I keep taking it fir a bit longer so as to delay the bleed? Has anyone done that before. Hope this makes sense

Anyone in peri/mid forties losing their identity a bit. Hard to explain but i’m the same clothes size, pretty active and eat well. But i just feel… BLAH nothing seems to hang or look right clothes wise, I feel frumpy even in clothes i’ve loved for ages.

i just feel like i’ve no confidence in anything anymore. Feel like people will be judging everything i do or say etc. I know some of that can be related to anxiety but the last couple of months it’s just different….

I should add i’m not a hugely self confident person anyway but it’s all on a whole different weird level.

Yes I felt & sometimes still do. I bought a style analysis from Style Me Happy which told me my seasons & shape. I feel more confident from doing that. I really think about the item I buy now.

It’s hard to explain it’s not just about clothes/style. It’s more the feeling.

Im not really that interested in latest fashion/clothes/styles to be buying style analysis etc. I’ve always known what suits me and what i’m comfy in. I’m a mostly secondhand/vinted girl but careful what i buy. My shape hasn’t changed it’s how i feel. Probably not the easiest of explanations 😂

I think I know what you mean. I currently overthink every interaction (and ones on here) in case people think I’m a twit. I hate how I look, which is impacting pretty much everything else. I don’t trust my body or me to do the things I once thought I could. It feels like everything is slowly crumbling but I see Davina all fit and strong and looking fab and wonder where on earth I’m going wrong.

(I lift weights or at least try to so it’s not that 😂)

I’m defo more clumsy! I’m lucky symptoms are manageable in the most and i’m probs only in early peri really. Just the subtle stuff that you start to guess and notice.

Davina isn’t in a typical job, she has more money to access the best trainers, nutritionists possibly private medical and that’s how she had access to testosterone as part of her own HRT. She also has more time and recently gifted holidays on her insta

Im not critiquing her btw but while it’s easy to compare i doubt our lives look like hers!

I have left mine in and wonder if this is why I have very mild to no peri menopause symptoms and I am coming up to the end of my 40’s. I wouldn’t have thought anything of it but my younger sister has been going through PM since they were 42 and mentioned it to me. Only then did I realise I must be as well.
I've left mine in. I don't have periods, thankfully, and have just started looking into perimenopause symptoms for things I put down to general wear and tear.

I started the patch last Sunday and am keeping my fingers crossed it stops the headaches and belly flab.

I’m also feeling like this it’s so hard to shift this low feeling about myself

Ah ok, I misunderstood what you meant. But yes I do understand what you say about how you feel. I went for a promotion the other day but due to feeling worthless & brain fog, I ducked it up.
