Hating it too.
One reason is my poor arms and lower legs are so disfigured from constant scratching I can't expose them in public. So have to wear long sleeved things with trousers. I have linen and cotton things but still get so hot. I've thought of using a blurring tan spray but am worried it will just irritate more.
And like you going anywhere busy will be awful as I can suddenly get so overwhelmed, sad, depressed and full of self loathing I want to be home watching Columbo instantly. My poor OH just keeps going 'but why?' when I need to go home. I usually can't articulate it as I don't understand myself. So he gets all 'you just go wierd and silent and I think it's my fault' and I feel so utterly hopeless I can't be bothered to explain.
I’m sorry you’re experiencing this. It’s just a never ending pit of misery. It’s so hard to put into words how we feel when there seems to be so much going on at once. I hope you can get some sort of healing soon. Sending you virtual hugs.

Everything is getting on my bits atm, even the sound of my own voice! My voice is starting to crack a lot lately (is this another symptom? Does anyone else experience this? I don’t have a sore throat or anything) my voice sounds horrible lately and it’s making me self conscious to talk to anyone.

I haven't been able to get my engagement ring on for days, I've got such huge sausage fingers!

I checked out my sausage fingers with a pharmacist just to make sure I wasn't about to have a heart attack or something, and she advised to drink lots of water. I drank many bottles of water and they have gone down today 🤞 - see, I can cross them now. My jewellery will be staying off until it cools down

Does anyone have any recommendations for anti bloat / water tablets please? I just feel so round all the time

A friend of mine went to a specialist after chemo ruined her digestion and they recommended a supplement called Bio-Kult. I’ve bought some and it’s really effective. It’s on Amazon and not expensive.

Caught sight of myself on our ring doorbell yesterday and I couldn’t believe how middle aged I look. Not even the face but just my body and figure, I look so dumpy.

I did the responsible thing today and covered myself in suncream before I went out in the sun. The same one I have used for years. Today I had a weird allergic reaction to it on my shoulders and the tops of my arms where I broke out in hundreds of tiny blisters then my skin started peeling off in sheets. At first I assumed I was burning so put more cream on which madenit worse. I'm putting it down to peri because everything else.is these days 🤣

This can happen when the suncream has expired.

Wise words. I look like a troll on all of our doorbell shots.

I just read an article about inositol being a great natural supplement for perimenopause and went onto Amazon to try to find it and saw ‘last purchased April 2026’. Ah, the irony of forgetting you’ve ordered a supplement for brain fog.

I was looking at that stuff too. Anyone had any experience with it (other than forgetting they've bought it :ROFLMAO:)?
