Rachael is not a Trustee, she is a Patron.
Her role is ONLY to promote the work the charity does as opposed to anything with service users.
That comes DIRECT from the CEO.


Therefore, I’d say an awful lot of what Rachael states is bollocks.

Edited to add- It was specifically asked if Rachael worked with any of the women or babies at Trevi. If Rachael was qualified like the nurses and other specialists they have on their register, or if Rachael is even qualified in safeguarding, given her recent online behaviour- which was then listed in full.

They’ve always stated on their website that she is a patron. Did they say if they were going to change the bit where they refer to her as an online resource & support network which worryingly makes her sound a lot more capable and qualified that she actually is?

How can she say that she goes and hugs everyone then? I don’t get all this I know I sound thick but if she is writing lies like that about a charity surely they have to hold themselves accountable and stop that.
Also I know she lies but I don’t get how she’s getting away with it.
The book I get she changed names so can’t be held accountable but all of her blogging on the charities it’s so odd.

Just a quick one, something serious doesn’t have to happen for a company to be taken off the register or dissolved, a company can be taken off the register for not complying with companies house ie not filing accounts. It doesn’t necessarily mean the company is dodgy

Trevi is NOT the only place in UK to offer live in rehab for mothers and children. (Sorry I dont know how to just quote a section, I end up quoting the whole thing! ) so perhaps Racheleeeeee should research a little more before she posts. Or maybe she just LIES?!!

Yes I remeber there being more than one Goi fund me page for the house deposit. That was the point I felt she'd gone too far.

If she’s “taking a break” from helping people then she doesn’t currently (or at all IMO but that’s another issue) need to be collecting monthly donations or taking a wage. I’m afraid you don’t get maternity pay when you’re “self-employed”, Rachel. Fuckwit.

She will if she's paid national insurance. I'm self employed and o got maternity pay for all 3 of mine but wasn't allowed to work in that period.

I don’t think she is having a C/section . There are many reasons she could be at the hospital , and to go from the midwife to the hospital makes me think they wanted to check babies size / position etc . Would be odd for a midwife to make an apt antenally knowing a mum had an appointment on the same day with a consultant at the hospital.

To me it just seems that she is doing a Mrs Hinch and trying to keep people in suspense about it ?

Either way I would only wish a safe labour and arrival of her baby

One of us has replied to Ms Shead this evening with this point tonight.

If she is “only” there for sharing information about campaigns, then why is she writing about these ‘horrific’ stories of holding babies, reading these women’s notes and crying hysterically when she’s gotten home after having such a hard day seeing these women?

Just shows she is a fantasist.

Hello I’m another lurker from the rant days. From day one I had reservations about her. In some ways I admired her ability to write and capture people’s attention. I found her relatable (I think I first discovered her in a post about taking the kids swimming) but much of what she said didn’t ring true and seems exaggerated. Personally on the rare occasion that I’ve commented it’s always been liked if public and completely ignored in a private message. Some really big accounts I follow always take the time to double tap and acknowledge they’ve read it even if they don’t always reply with a message. It takes nothing to double tap after reading and the people allegedly screening her messages could do that. Eventually I felt foolish for sending kind messages as they were never acknowledged and deleted the whole lot. Ive noticed her lifestyle has changed considerably and most worrying is that she appeared to brand herself on the back of DV whilst being completely unregulated and making it all about herself. The professional services calling on her help to get people into refuges was just baffling. The over sharing of her kids is another thing which could come back to bite her in later years. They may be the Alpha family right now but kids grow up and analyse their childhood and realise how used they’ve been. As for her latest post. Just utter vulgarity. I couldn’t find anything funny about it all. Sometimes less is more. On that note I’ll shut up and go back to lurking.

Where is the vulgar post. It seems to have offended a lot of people!

I dont think R took it down. @Empen asked us to report it at around 11pm last night. I have been keeping my eye on that GoFundMe and it was still up at 3pm today. R would have acted much quicker than that if she took it down.
