O dear! I'm not sure an a&e nurse would have the time to even notice a book or be grateful for a book! Wonder where they work. Must be pretty q!!! Also who would plan to take a book to accident and emergency..... You are barely there! And you shouldn't have time to think about what you need before you go! Hence the name accident and emergency šŸ˜‚

- I read somewhere that she has offered refunds to others-anyone been successful and got anything back?

- how long has she been pregnant for?! An elephant has had shorter pregnancies.

Obsession with the medical field along with her hero syndrome is linked to munchausen.

I personally do not think the majority of people are opening cases on PayPal or reporting to action fraud. Just hoping everyone else will do it.

I've never donated to her PayPal otherwise the first thing I'd do is open a case against her (or at least try).

Just had a snoop on some other discussions on Tattle and the PTWM issue is being mentioned quite alot. People are saying to come to these threads and have a look and how theyve changed their mind about her now. The word is spreading!! šŸ‘šŸ‘
Also its total bollox that all these professionals have cried with her,yet another lie.

Being given a book has made her life? Ffs.

Once again itā€™s the ā€œshift from hellā€ / 4am yadda yadda.

What a load of bollocks. Sheā€™s sent that to herself to fulfill the hero role she thinks sheā€™s playing
I wonder if the whole obsession with the NHS is due to the current fragile state it is in. So she knows it will hit home with staff, patients and relatives of patients

People, and I mean women mainly, are not used to reading about their bodies spoken about in such open and graphic ways. It's still a taboo in polite society, but perhaps not amongst close friends.

They see something funny and relatable that they wouldn't dare write themselves, and they share it and tag their mates in it and vomit with laughter or whatever.

Someone has overstepped the boundary of what women are usually comfortable saying - and they applaud this.

These posts gain massive momentum through shares and tagging.

It's quickly viral stuff, especially when you have so many followers to begin

I do believe everything she says is a lie or a half-truth at best. If she makes up stories for likes then cool but you have a lot of kids who look up to you, not just tiny ones but older ones who can see everything you are saying. Selling your soul and your kids and step kids privacy and dignity is just the shits. There are many other bloggers out there who pump out the same shocking rubbish but at least protect their children.

And also you eat sweetcorn every day which is horrific and vile so neerrrrrrr
This is so true - Iā€™m perimenopausal, things are happening to my body and itā€™s frightening looking in the mirror some days šŸ¤£ Iā€™m not even 40, but I started puberty very early, before aged 10. Some days Iā€™ll be in a shop and will pour with sweat, my face bright red and I feel embarrassed. We shouldnā€™t do though. Itā€™s natural. Discussing our bodies and what happens to them has always made us uncomfortable, so weā€™ve been reserved.

Here are these women who come along on social media and write exactly what we feel, they make us feel so relieved that someone else experiences things. Thatā€™s why Constance Hall became well known after her ā€˜parent sexā€™ post. Despite trying for years to be a writer, her stint on Australian Big Brother and years of blogs before, it was the post about having quick sex with one foot holding the door closed whilst the kids watched Peppa Pig that really took off because parents related to it.

I love those raw, funny, relatable posts. I donā€™t like all the #ad #gifted bullshit that comes afterwards. Is it companies becoming lazy in their advertising so theyā€™re using other people to do it? Or are they actually clever because they know people are more likely to buy them?

Surely anyone with two brain cells can see that the family really do not depend on a Shark hoover, 100 zoflora bottles, Amazon ipads, coffee syrups and whatever else fuckery they promote as being the best thing ever (even though itā€™s the first time theyā€™ve mentioned these things) šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø Does social media make us less intelligent? I feel like Carrie Bradshaw asking these questions, just need a #gifted laptop and #ad Starbucks in a NYC apartment.

This is something I am really struggling with at the moment ā˜¹
Donā€™t worry, we are all guilty of something. There isnā€™t a perfect person and definitely no perfect parent. I donā€™t socialise much, I donā€™t have time to go and have play days so I actually enjoy catching up with people on social media and I do love watching my friendā€™s children grow.

I take mine for long walks first, housework, cook etc and then say ā€œokay, Iā€™m just going to have a coffee and see what Antiā€™s up toā€... theyā€™re ok with that.

Iā€™ve just had a look at Gramster (Iā€™m blocked by PTWM and KDIL) and have to comment on two things before I do housework and mum stuff!

Okay, first is that R and Jā€™a home always looks beautiful and clean. Their children always look beautifully dressed, clean and happy. Credit where itā€™s due... thatā€™s a big family and not an easy task.

Second, KDIL receives some awful messages on her DMs so for anyone whoā€™s just reading these and not in the group - rest assured it was not one of us. Okay everyone, have a good day!

Rachel always used to be open about Josh being very house proud and doing all the cleaning.

Does she have an obsession with medical professionals?
Many of her long winded stories over the years have included medical professionals. For example, there's been GPs handing out printouts of her blog, doctors and surgeons crying, midwives remembering her from years past, and now this latest one. There's quite a few more as well :)

She is incredible. All the professionals I have worked with quote her on a daily basis. They all think she is amazing, not at all vile or horrific. Yeah right. šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

I think people in the medical profession are respected and people look up to them. Well I do anyway so I think she wants to be associated with that status. if the medical profession all love her then she must be amazing!

I didn't really know anything about Munchausen syndrome before all this. When reading through the list of symptoms, it seems to fit R.

For example, this classic from thread #3
