The housing market in Scotland (and EVERYWHERE!!) at the moment is CRAAAZY!! We're renting & just can't buy anywhere because we keep getting out-bid!
It's a nightmare for first time buyers right now. We bought our house just after things reopened after the first lockdown and JUST missed the price boom. Feel very lucky. Hope you find something soon!

She tagged it in her homefund account last night i clicked on it and it was private. Didn’t want to follow as didn’t want to out myself as she said she was keeping it for people she knew only! But I’ve tried to find it again today and can’t find it anywhere!

I think I'm gonna be mostly surprised if the seller takes this over 2k offer, especially in this climate and all that.
Me too!! But also if they actually get a mortgage for it?! I have a friend who had an IVA due to business debt & they're essentially ducked for getting a mortgage (IVA was 10+ years ago) even though they have a great salary (100k+ a year).

I just don't understand how they can actually get a mortgage / mortgage in principle when she has no income & he is on min wage & has rit credit?!
