If it's the house we think it is then it's now saying on rightmove it's got a closing date of 4th August.

Not an EA so don’t know the procedure but does that mean it has multiple offers on it? When we sold our house it went up on the fri, did viewings on the weekend and on Monday we had two offers plus a note of interest so they suggested doing a closing date, which was set for the Friday of that week- we had five offers in total by the deadline.

Yeah basically that's the final date for offers to be submitted then the seller will choose who they want to sell it too

Yeah I was just wondering what the ‘criteria’ is for going to a closing date basically.

wow just watched her last lot of stories. I know it’s very unlikely the seller will see her insta but come on. She has been so rude! Not a chance she would get it if they heard what she was saying, no matter how well they have ‘played’ the estate agent! And it’s not the EA who makes the decision, it’s the seller and if you haven’t met them it doesn’t make much of a difference. When they get your offer they will get your name and the amount and that’s basically it.

Shes so cringe! Knocking on neighbours doors... bragging that the estate agents remembers and likes them. Knowing how to play the estate agent; hun, she knows how to play you!!

Abby saying sellers are "greedy" again for wanting the most money from selling their house 🙄

Aye because who in their right mind would want the most money they could get from selling their home?? Lol

Okay Abby.....so when/if you were to sell your house in the future. You would be happy enough to sell it at a lower offer because you wouldn't be greedy yourself? Aye okay then 😂😂😂😂😂

I think she forgets, buying a house isn't like getting a Facebook/gumtree bargain. Finding an item at a discount price isn't the same as a finding a house (which will typically increase in value every year with inflation) 🤪

The property market isn't to benefit the buyer, it's to benefit the seller in every case!!!! She seriously lives in la la land the way she thinks lol

The estate agent wants the best price they can get, from the buyer who seem the most reliable end of 🤣

She doesn't hold back so god knows what she blurted out. Probably told them he has defaults and they wanted to cash buy but she had to pack her job in, but she's just had an amazing blow out holiday to recharge 🤣

Again with her repetition of a statement. I lost count how many times she said about putting an offer in and if it gets accepted then great, but if it goes for anything higher then that's okay cause she doesn't see it worth more than what she offered.

I think she repeats things in order to believe them herself lol

Oh I wonder if that £10k shopping spree on rit and a holiday could of helped with getting the perfect home now ;) no regrets eh Abby!? Lol

If it is that pre fab property that's been shared on here then the central heating has been put in at a later date. The exposed pipe work would drive me insane.

I don't get why she's saying she's only prepared to go so much because that's what they can afford and the house isn't worth any more? Yet she's going to be paying dead money in rent until they get somewhere else. Plus the kitchen she's visualising will cost 10-15k at least, as well as thousands on other rooms to get them how she wants. If they hadn't of went on that spending spree, threw another few thousand to secure the property and put in a kitchen that suits an ex council rather than a kitchen thats more country farmhouse!

Sellers are greedy?! Says the girl who worked 14 days straight as she likes to remind us only to blow it on skincare, and then come home and use Garnier anyway 🤣

Just been researching the area and yeah looks great 😂🤙🏾 I mean the price of the property says it all shittttttholeeeee. I’ll stick with being greedy or stupid and paying up to live in a nice area with good schools, much lower crime rates and parks not covered in needles ta

You can’t polish a curd, that’s the saying right? I’d rather live in the smallest place in the nicest area than the larger property in a dive.

For a while, I thought it was just me being petty with this girl. Clearly she annoys the tit out of others too 🤣
She’s so fixated on the location being close to Glasgow, she’s missing the bigger picture (again!). I’m sure it’s great having transport links and being so close to Glasgow. But not so great when you’re living in a run down shithole with crackhead neighbours. From what she’s said previously, it’s sounds similar to her current location 🤯😂
