I just don’t understand why you’d book a viewing for a house you’d never intend to buy just to see the location… stop wasting the estate agents time and just go to the area anyway for a walk around?! She annoys me more than scratching a fork on a plate!!!

I totally disagree with viewing properties without any intention to buy it. Waste of the seller and estate agents time, as it is hers. Oh but wait, Abby has lots of time on her hands these days.

Displaying the F&b paint samples, justifying the second hand coffee machine, nonsense story about the rich man and the fridge on top of everything else, she just wants to be perceived as successful. The parents really did a number on this girl and she needs therapy ASAP. Not even tattle rattles her she’s so dangerous.

I do wonder what she'll do when she realises she doesn't always get what she wants.

She seems pretty spoilt with her "I want this house". She's very quickly going to be outbid & I can't wait for the stories of how it isn't her fault 🥱🥱🥱

She started therapy a while back but thought she knew better than the therapist so stopped going. Shock horror.

Also Abby I'm going to shout this as you don't seem to be listening. THE MORTGAGE COMPANY WILL CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS AND YOU HAVE NO INCOME AND ARE SPENDING LIKE A LOON. YOU ARE A RISK!

With how erratic she is I don't see this house being her only and forever house. I don't know anyone who buys their first house and lives in it for life. Especially when it's such a low value house. What if she doesn't like the neighbours or ends up having kids and wants them to go to a good school. It's like she thinks she is superior with her Prada sunglasses and F&B paint yet has no ambition and wants cheap houses. The 2 things don't go together in my opinion

Did they go view the house yesterday that they have no intention of buying? There's been no mention of it that I've noticed. It really is like watching a car crash. She's so unhinged. She clearly wants to be on the big timers on Insta but her budget doesn't match. Does she have any idea how much a renovation costs? We've spent 60k so far and could easily plough another 50 into it.
