All the photos of her with Joe, sorry Joeyyyyy she just radiates out smugness. I reckon we could see her aura of smug from space.
I do think her current look and attitude with Fork are more of the real her, the photos that have been uploaded of when she was with Marcus seem more like this Niomi too. All very long hair that is bleached to it's limit, revealing, flirty clothing and the constant socialising with a drink in hand. (Also she is clearly eating fish at the resort isn't she?) Now, the woman she was with Joe - or who she showed her auidence she was then - that was all an act. I believe she was so enthralled by him and how attractive she found him (salivating over a photo of him when Charlotte went on a date with him) that she began to act in a way she thought he would like and then the whole thing snowballed.
With the fork she seems to be reverting to her true nature, this may be unpopular but I think they are very well suited. I might go out on a limb and say I wouldn't be shocked if she had an accidental / oopsy pregnancy by this time next year, but probably no wedding for at least five.
