It is a bleeper when that happens - in our last house the boiler broke immediately and it was 2k to fix it - but see how she had someone round to sort it out asap? A landlord sorting it out, not so much. Getting them to actually buy a new one as well rather than asking the plumber or whatever for the cheapest possible fix, again not so much. You get more control over it at least and tbh the cost of a new boiler will be a drop in the ocean for Dimbo. In fact, I'd start putting bets on at how long it is before we see ads for some boiler company...

A month after we moved into our last flat the water in the kitchen wouldn't drain and the landlord refused to pay more to have a plumber come after hours or on the weekend, so it took them more than 10 days to fix it. All of this was apparently justified "because you still have water in the bathroom". We even offered to pay for the extra charge for them to fix it quicker and nope. I can guarantee that in their own home people would pay the extra amount to be rid of a backed up kitchen sink and dishwasher. Guaranteed.

And it's not like she can't afford a possible repair like this, so my sympathies for homeowner Slyomi are 0. She will however probably take a vacation to recover from all the stress this caused her

Even if Boris Johnson produced a banging vegan cookbook I wouldn't buy it in a million years because essentially buying someone's book is giving them money and supporting them.

Uh, hello, no Youtuber's / influencer's book or makeup line, etc. was ever bought because of the products. It's basically merch for (young) fans. All that trash Zoella brought out would never have seen the light of day if it didn't have her name on it. The same goes for Tanya Burr's makeup line and Niomi's vile drugstore products. Cookbooks may seem different, but there was actually nothing original about Tanya's baking book or Niomi's "Eat Smart," similar books were already on the market and they would not have sold without the brand name and corresponding fan base. Niomi has been a scammer for so many years now, yet she isn't even smart enough (no pun intended) not to make these idiotic statements that undermine her business.

I don't like Freelee myself, she seems super unhealthy, but that sounds like a threat to me (Freelee loves to call out influencers who jumped on the vegan cash train only to drop off at the next station). She said "let's hope it's plant based cream! don't want to exploit mumma and baby cow for a quick unhealthy snack". I hate that conception of what "unhealthy" is but I'd be here for a Freelee shaming Niomi video. She deserves all the tit coming her way. I'm not sure if this post is a joke? Freelee last time I checked lived in a gated complex in Ecuador along with loads of other expats with internet and electricity. She's been caught out with people hearing her neighbours lawnmower in the background
