Not sure if it’s just Ireland but Smyths is doing preorders now.
I got mine for Christmas, already addicted to Animal Crossing.Does anyone know when Disney dreamlight valley will actually be released on game card form or is it just download?
I have animal crossing and I recently got spyro and addicted to both already
That will be a pity if ring fit an labo won't work as I've got bothIt looks like the joycon have lost the IR sensor so I reckon the only games that won’t be compatible are ones that use that (which is about 6 total lol) along with labo (where you have to put the switch into the cardboard and the newer one prob won’t fit along with losing the IR sensor) and maybe ring fit if the original joycons aren’t compatible with the new switch.
Nothing major to worry about I expect, just the physical changes taking a few out, and a couple probably being mostly compatible minus specific features (eg brain training uses the IR for a couple of games but you’d still be able to play without those and there’s already an option to skip them anyway).
I keep looking at professer layton. Is it worth it?Professer layton of you like puzzle games. I am a bit hooked on online monopoly atm![]()
Luigi took me some time to get used to the controls. I’m very much a super Mario bro’s kinda girl with forward, back and jumpI loved Mario Odyssey and was really excited about Luigi's Mansion, but I just couldn't get into it.I really didn't like the controls! I actually traded it in for Animal Crossing, which I'm loving, but really hating all these annoying influencers jumping on the hype!
I’m terrible when I get a new game. I save it for a run of days off and complete it in 3-4 days. Nothing gets done in the house mindI still haven't completed the darker side of the moonthat level gives me the rage. I think I've nearly got there and blown it.
Got just dance today and there's only a couple of songs I actually like and after an exhausting couple of minutes doing Britney I only burnt 13.1 calories
Yeah it's getting a bit tedious now. The cases seem to get solved weirdly and unsatisfying. It should feel better to explore la but it's a bit underwhelming. It's so so dark on the switch and often difficult to see what's happening.
I’d honestly still get the big games on the PS or Steam. Indie games are generally on Steam Nintendo exclusives rarely come down to a good price. That's my thing, its expensive and I doubt they;ll ever get proper good third party games, regardless of what some Hardcore Nintendo cultists will tell you.
Yep I'm sure we paid about that for a Switch when they were released, I don't know how much they are now, but almost seems it would be better value to buy a second one.Not a recommendation, but I was wondering how much Nintendo charged and expected to be outraged at £50, but it's £119.99. Wow! there's barely anything to it. I almost binned mine as for the first year or so didn;t play docked.
I paid £260 for a switch and Mario Odyssey when it came out.
Oh yes, never thought of that! We had to get a Switch Lite charging port fixed as were using a different charger in the carIt's insane how expensive Nintendo is, I got my switch free as part of my phone deal but damn does everything cost a lot for it, I find watching YouTube videos for reviews helpful when I need to get somthing just to make sure it's not going damage it if its not the official Nintendo brand
Yep, we went through about 3 cheap controllers before buying a pro controller.Nintendo's business model sometimes seems genius, sometimes exploitative.
I bought the pro controller for 50 and thought that was OK value. Very well made and for something like controllers it's often a false economy spending half the price for something that's massively inferior.
I still haven't completed the darker side of the moonIf you like Mario odyssey type platform games, then you’ll love Luigi’s mansion. I first completed it in January and then played it again from the start last week. I love it. Marios odyssey was fab. I’m always gutted when I finish a game. Animal crossing hasn’t really been sold to me either. I’m waiting for ray man to arrive now.
