Thinking about her clothing, I was wondering what type of coat she was wearing. Some types (generally more expensive) with certain fillings become waterlogged and very heavy quickly, and would act as a huge weight around a body. Other types with synthetic fillings can trap air and end up acting as a bit of a float. Not that the latter would have helped if someone was drowning, it'd still be cumbersome, but you'd likely see a body surface sooner if wrapped in the latter, than the former iyswim.

Most reviews were good. Pleasant lady etc. It was her husband who said he would shoot dogs if they bothered his poultry. It’s a clay pigeon site too though. It’s starting to sound like a Midsummer Murder plot and the eccentric jovial couple are the main suspects!
This whole case is complete incompetence by the police force in my honest opinion. Honestly I think when the truth comes out (and it will, I hope, for her families sake) heads will roll for this. This isn’t someone just falling in the river by accident

Anyone remember the Sarah Greenwell case back in 2018 her body has never been found and she had secured a mortgage a few weeks before to buy put her ex partner out all her social media and life was reported as she had everything to live for? but several months after Sarah’s disappearance Lacomba was convicted of her murder and the police said in the documentary that Lacomba behaviour during the investigation and searches for Sarah were what gave him away into having some involvement with her disappearance as he left searches that police and locals had organised also set up kids party’s at a local church to which he said was to keep his children’s lives as normal as possible while the searches were still ongoing in to Sarah’s disappearance
Can you imagine if it turns out she isn’t in the river and there is an alternative explanation.

The harness is the thing that gets me. My dog wears a harness and when she’s free to go off lead I unclip the lead part only. I then keep the lead with me. I gather it wasn’t unusual for the harness to be off willow too but surely you’d still keep the lead with you in case you need to get them back on quickly. It’s not like you’d just throw it on the floor and come back for it.
It says on the post by Tilly Ann that the witness found the phone on the bench and the harness and lead between the bench and the river. Could she have gone down to put the harness on willow- bent down to secure it as they can be a bit of a faff. The dog jumps up and pushes her back? Why else would the harness be at that point?
