But why would the conference call participants make a statement? It doesn’t make any sense. I’m sure the police have been in touch with them and if she was on mute there’s really nothing they can actually add to the picture of what happened.

I’m sure the dog was running back n forth because it knew its owner was in that area but wanted to continue its walk like it was used to.
But what would they even say that hasn’t already been released to the public?
“yeah she joined the teams meeting, she said duck all coz her camera and mic were off the entire time”? There’s literally nothing more to say than that.
They could have said if they had tried to get her attention or not.

Perhaps but do you really think the police haven’t yet spoken to these people? They’re the ones who were literally on the phone to her when she went missing, they have obviously already covered this.
Information on what the police have actually looked in to is ambiguous.
