I don't think she used to be, this started off as a rave thread but very much is not anymore. Agree their garden is amazing, living in a flat in London I am so jealous of all the amazing fresh produce

Lots of us here used to watch the vlogs for the reason you state; there is no doubt they live in a lovely place and the gardening and location content is interesting to many, and, yes, her approach used to seem less snippy.
Like many vloggers she has become increasingly commercial and developed a big ego; she doesn't like this being pointed out as it shatters the illusion of her and Carlo as simple living folk who like sharing amateur footage of their daily life. She proudly states that she doesn't do ads on the channel, but is not so keen to flex that she earns direct cash via Patreon (she has over 400 payers), as well as earning Youtube ad revenue due to the large numbers of watchers on her channel. She asked for Patreon support when she'd missed out on wedding makeup bookings due to Covid - but around the same time revealed that she outright owned a flat in London. As they live in a family property and grow most of their food one would presume she wasn't about to starve so it didn't go down well. These vloggers and influencers get very used to their weird fans showering them with non-stop love and compliments and don't take well to any other views.
It's sad isn't it, basically all influencers seem to go down the same route of feeling like they deserve money for nothing. Appealing go people for money when millions of people were in a crisis and she had a daughter in boarding school, a rented property and a house she doesn't pay rent for was just ridiculous
I quite simply don't know how they can ask for money when - compared to most poor souls in this world right now - they are safe and very comfortable. I went through a very hard time financially years ago and I still remember being so embarrassed when I asked a friend for a loan but these entitled vloggers seem to have no such reservations, they look at the world from a place of entitlement."Hey guys, works a bit slow but I fancy flying to England to visit my dad and I need to get my vlogging camera fixed, what about chipping in every month?"

She doesn’t even put life jackets on her dogs. Poor Holly would never survive in that water since she looks like she has arthritis, and they have no way of pulling a dog out without a jacket.

As if any of her videos are that complicated to make, the production values are basically thee same and its just following her around
I mean obviously they're both very well known in Positano. I think she gets a shed load of freebies and kickbacks for frequenting places and filming their wares for the vlog. She's also not shy to use product placement. She hasn't done many weddings this year or at least she hasn't mentioned that she's done them. Which means they're living off the patreon and the income from her rental property.

Even if they are earning much from patreon there outgoings aren't huge are they? Lots of their food is from the garden, they don't pay rent... I don't rexall her talking about any weddings this year which is odd as Italy has been busier than ever with tourists
I'm glad to see a thread for her here. As much as I'm very envious of her life (and would love it myself) there's something about her that just doesn't sit right and I couldn't pinpoint why.
Make-up bookings - I'll be honest, I just don't think she's actually very good at it (looking at her Instagram). My daughter says they are very old fashioned styles and even for an old lump like me, they look neat enough but really basic. I wouldn't be happy to pay professional make up prices for them.

We've been saying here for a while that N&C have realised they best get back to showing how normal they are. This week's vlog title is making sure the message gets out.
However I don't know how normal it is to be able to set off on a road trip for a week in Tuscany ("we've never been in summer!"), then to "meander" your way to the UK with no plan, for a "long stay".
Her wardrobe choices packing for the trip are certainly normal enough, although I must say that I do like that she's not a blingy fashionista. Lets us know though that she can "just buy" anything she might need while she's away.
Still, she wants us to send money, her lure to Patreon this week was to say that she's shown the contents of her makeup and toilet bag for Patrons. Yawn - but still compelling enough that 400 people pay her each month for such content. Perhaps I can tempt you Tattlers to a tour of my sock drawer to raise a couple of grand.
She mentioned Charlotte Tilbury products a few times but I can't imagine she's sponsored by her as she'd be considered too dreary by that brand. (OT I would never buy anything from CT after a friend told me what an absolute snob prime witch she is, I wish I could say what happened but it would out my friend who encountered her in a professional setting. CT sold the business for 1 billion but retains a significant minority stake).

Someone's rattled her cage. Not sure why she feels the need to be quite so snipey about not organising people's holiday itineraries for them. I just wouldn't respond. Or just a generic post or mention about her e guide. I get it must be annoying but its the price you pay for being a vlogger.
Indeed, most jobs have something annoying and repetitive about them due to someone not paying attention to what you've explained a dozen a times, but if it's a client you can't get snippy and have to just suck it up with a smile on your face.
I think she wants to be this elegant, perfect, effortless boho girl who just wanders around Italy looking beautiful. The problem is, the amount she spends on being effortless really isn't effortless at all - so it gives off this smell of desperation (to me at least).
It seems she's one of those people who just has to be unique at any cost. You have to tell her how amazing her home and restaurants and trips are, but god forbid you actually go on them yourself... then she's not unique.
Exactly, there is a nice way to just say "sorry I don't have time" i cant imagine watching this back and thinkng it sounded good. If I was her I would offer it as a paid service like kacie whatever her surname does in tuscany
She’s having these sniping rants every few weeks now, and never comes off well. Just ignore them, instead of patronizing all your followers. Or better even, close your dm if you’re that annoyed.
I find it so funny she has to have a rant. I sympathise, because I have a way smaller following than her and I get harassed by followers to do xyz for them. But I just politely reply to say that isn't something I can do, or I ignore it.
