Filming other people's kids and putting them on YT is not okay.
Yes, she does this alot. Films Elizabeth's girls (presumably with permission, but which I still think is not right) and incidentally includes other children who are innocently dancing on the piazza, their parents presumably unaware that their children are being filmed and their images used as "atmosphere" for monetised vlog content.

No mention of the huge bush fire that happened in Praiano which is a stones throw from them. Elizabeth posted about it and how her husband was out the entire night fighting the fire and making sure people and animals were safe. Her child has been sick today from the worry of it all. Yet Nicki hasn't mentioned one little thing about it.

I will give Nicki props for making dog food when she thought she had none on hand. She stated that someone would probably find judgement with what she was making. Since we know you are reading here, Nicki, you did a great job- it was a good balance of protein and veg- I was impressed! Poor Carlo- when he realized the dogs were eating better than he was and pointed out there was indeed dog food in the Amazon box... :ROFLMAO: No dinner for you, Carlo! But Nicki, your yogurt did look sketch. It was nice to see a local festival, but agree with the other Tattlers about Elizabeth's girls being shown on camera-yes, they are adorable, but please blur their faces out to protect their identities.

I feel like she purposely made that fresh dog food (after quickly googling) for the flex since she also thought making your own yoghurt was some kind of secret rocket science than none of us minions would know about. I think she knew that she had tin dog food all along and it was a poorly executed sketch for the lols...IMHO. I mean, why not feed them that all the time? Way healthier than tin stuff with a few more additives, and avoids having to carry tins vs Carlo's brother growing veg in the garden and just needing to add meat. Otherwise, why would you even leave Carlo finding the dog food in the box anyway?

Carlo lucked out not getting a dinner. 😁 Her recipes are questionable and as sloppy as the dog food.

It wasn't just Elizabeth's girls. So many other kids being filmed, and it made me feel very uncomfortable for the unsuspecting parents.

Yeh, alizabeth has obviously consented (albeit I still don't agree with children being shown on social media at such young ages) but there's no way she asked any of those random people to film their children. I'm still waiting for the day there is some kind of enforcement of rules on putting young children online

Nicki said Skye doesn't want to appear in the vlogs any longer, funny that it happened just after she turned 18 and has agency over her inclusion or not.

Sure, if you paid them! Oh, not what you meant? Then duck off :)

Honestly, I think hating tourists is probably one of the main reasons she wants to move away from Positano. Though she sure did whine when they stayed away during Covid.

I think she has a deeply ingrained need to be 'unique' - and utterly resents tourists turning up and enjoying the same place she does. She's real snob at heart and doesn't want to be seen enjoying anything popular.

I think she dislikes the tourists so much because the prices in the town she lives are so high because of them , every coffee she buys , every plate of pasta she will be moaning about the inflated cost together with the parking problems and congestion forgetting that the tourists basically give her friends income and their way of life .
Did the MUA appointments dry up ? She probably was arrogant with wedding planners and her makeup kit always looked old fashioned and she dumped it after every appointment at the welding garage at the top of the hill , nice 🤢

So she's gone very quiet about the promised Tuscan house purchase journey video - didn't it only need to have the subtitles added? :sneaky: Or was it too tone-deaf, moany and entitled to show?

Instead this week she's doing some more backpedalling. After recently dissing tourists she's now showing all the fun things you can do in the area with her houseguest Dave.

She tells us she's paying more attention to the local olive harvest as she'll have a hundered of her own trees next year. Her comment about tourists helping with the olive harvest is breadcrumbing her stans, Patrons might get to help the 2024 Tuscan harvest.

This weeks vlog:

N addresses the no-show property purchase video, saying she'll show it sometime or keep it as a back-up episode. I call that the less-moany parts of it will be used in a future vlog about the new Tuscan gaff, carefully edited to show her in a humble light as she knows the "our normal lives" is what gets the punters in.

More tourist activities with mate Dave. Window shopping in the bougie shops on Capri, Normal Nicki tells us she buys only one luxury designer item per year - with a smug aside that she also bought a house. She can't help making sure everyone knows she is the purchaser.

Patreon gets its weekly mention, this time flagging that Patrons get a discount on her e-book of slop recipes, which are very dreary if you don't have the benefit of on-site fresh veg.

Her sour face when she realises Capri is just as busy as Positano and her speech about how many tourists come every day to Positano , give the moaning a rest , nobody feels sorry for you .

Your friends don’t moan about the Tourists they are their income or have you forgotten what happened to them during the pandemic ?

Exactly. Her friend Elizabeth would have no business without tourists and nor would ANYONE in Positano. It would become just another run down poorly populated area of Italy. I always feel that friendship is one sided and Elizabeth thinks more highly and is more generous than the sour faced bitter Nicky.

Exactly! She seems to basically hate where she lives, I used o love her videos as her life seemed so nice, while I would hate those stairs I'd love to live by the sea and hVe my own fresh vegetables. But who wants to watch someone moaning like this?

And truthfully I'm sure alot of people watch her vlogs for the picturesque scenery of Positano not because they particularly like her. Not sure sour face and the long suffering Carlos will have the same pulling power in Tuscany.

She really can’t take criticism and move on can she.
I actually think she’s nasty.

Just watched this week's vlog. N & C telling viewers how they are wrong about them. More of the same: "we only show half an hour of our life per week / we aren't sent free stuff / we don't have that many views / we shouldn't be criticized just because we are in the public eye".

Peppered among the above lament was a focus on their work ethic, N telling us she has to make "two meals a day" and acting as if they are indentured workers to the neighbour's olive harvest. Implying that the fruit and veg growing at their place is their entire responibility, no credit at all to Carlos' brother who seems to oversee the whole thing.

I'm sure everyone realises that their vlogs take time to plan, film and edit, as do most tasks as part of any job. I mean, it's like going to the local supermarket, you ask where the baked beans are and a moany assistant tells you about their commute, how their manager criticised how they stacked the shelves and how they have to make a meal for their family when they get home.

Two meals a day. Oh, my aching back. 🤣🤣🤣

It‘s very clear Carlo’s brother works solid there, and/or other family and friends possibly help. She films herself picking veggies to cook and gets angry yanking a tomato off the vine. No way does she “work” on those crops often.

I haven’t watched the video, but when she talks about cooking two meals a day, how many people are we talking about?? Isn’t it mostly her and Carlo these days?
And yeah, she used to be more open about the brother doing most of the vegetable work.
