Brands need to step it up and do their research. Get people who are relatable and dont care about codes or discounts. They are a bit of honest craic and can have a laugh.

What level of DLA would allow you weekly train ride to Dublin for liquid brunches in the Ivy? What does the husband do for work? He must be a wet weekend to be married to her.
