I remember seeing an article on stuff or something about it recently. Which I guess is how Shoshannah herself knows about it. I don’t think I’ve ever seen Elle talk about being really hard up growing up…I do think she is frugal with her shopping - not so much the baby stuff but she only ever shops at low end stores for herself.

Her sister I’m pretty sure was making a lot of money as a teenager through her YouTube channel and e-commerce stuff. She has said she was earning a million dollars by the time she was in her 20s.

None of that means Elle didn’t grow up poor obviously.

I’m less irritated by the high end baby stuff and more the intense diet culture she lives by. I think talking about getting back to Keto or being low carb is more harmful to new Mums.

You definitely can be/get divorced and be Mormon/LDS it’s just obviously not ideal but heaps of people are.

F&V didn’t chose it and also found out at the same time as Megan, so it came as a shock to them too. It’s the nature of the business - which I think is absolutely brutal.

Megan was guttered and after the meeting didn’t return to air. Vaughan also was guttered by it. But the boys can’t do much about it when they need their jobs too.

admitedly I’m a bit bias as I like Sera but I think she answered the questions pretty well and genuinely. Obviously they miss the mark with a lot of people but I don’t think she (as a person) has any malicious intent or bad intentions at all. and answered true to her.

fair to say that yes her lifestyle is one of privilege whether or not self made but she also acknowledges this and is clearly a “luxury” influencer so if that is too hard for people then simple don’t follow?

I like following her, and often just skip past the content that bothers me. Those questions just irked me as she kept saying she worked hard, almost implying those who don’t have luxury items don’t work hard!

She doesn’t have multiple personality disorder (actually called DID),I know she says that ,
But it’s not the same thing, she has borderline personality disorder, likely from the attachment issues, and trauma she’s had in her life and growing up. It’s not an excuse to be a dick and I think she sometimes resorts to that. I really enjoyed seeing her growth and development while she was doing the therapy and art and healing. It’s a roller coaster of a ride though for her and I understand the points she’s making , but her delivery isn’t always great , but if you’ve never been taught communication, how do you learn it? She’s super hectic at times which must be super exhausting for her.

Yeah I was wrong about that & you are right she hasn’t been modeled how to communicate etc & as she she says it’s hectic AF for her so excuses where they are due for sure.
Those 2 people she showed talking about it explained it well & I have a better understanding now. I’m not qualified to comment on it & me & my teeny tiny fraction of Māori are just going to sit & watch.
Her growth was so positive & great to see but it seems to have gone out the window now she’s with daddy which is a shame. I hope she goes back to it.
