Any company that heavily uses influencers for marketing immediately gets put on the blacklist for me. Let's face it those Estrid razors are just an aesthetically pleasing Venus Gilette subscription box. I use good quality men's razors (Fusion 5, Mach 3) and they do a great job.
I can't believe I ever saw something in Helena Haycock. The lies!!!
same for me. Sick to death of these Estrid razors all over Instagram. Let’s face it, great products don’t need to market themselves relentlessly. do women really need pastel razors? We just want a product that is reasonabley priced and will get rid of unwanted body hair. And there are tons of products available that do this already.
do we really need a subscription for razors? Not really. I don’t think I’ve ever met a woman who said “gee I really wish my razors could be delivered”. There’s a chemist on every high street selling razors. Most corner shops or garages will have a small selection. It’s not a pressing need.
There’s nothing special about these razors and it’s gross how Nelly can look into the camera and act like they are the best thing since sliced bread. It’s so gross that she’ll do that for money.
“Big spot but it just glides over”… so, like every other razor then?
“Yes this is my shower at the moment, basically a shrine” is it though? Or did they just send you a load of freebies and you’ve put them in the shower? Which doesn’t make any sense since the water will damage the blades so she should really be storing the razors she’s not using, somewhere else.
