This is probably gonna get me hated but....

Can't stand Isabelle (any kind of spelling) literally every girl that gets born seems to have had that name for the past 15 years 😂

I think almost any mans name that isn't a biblical one tacky, just don't like them at all.

I do quite like little old lady names for girls 👵🏻
I have a daughter called Lydia.
She was the only one in school and even now its not a name I hear often and she's 26 now.

I know it's already been said, but I will forever despise Nevaeh. So tacky.

As for myself, I'm "lucky" to live in America but have a Gaelic name. I don't have to worry about it ever getting common or overused haha

All the Jayden, Kayden etc - both names have bullied my son and so I hate them!

I too, cannot stand this hyphenated May/Mae thing - it’s as common as tit now.
I also have an irrational hatred towards ‘C’ names - Connor, Callum, Courtney etc. I don’t know why.
Everyone was called Gemma or Becky when I was at school so I don’t like them either.
Really hate the names Chad & Brett. Also, Laura - but thats because I despise one I used to know!
I don’t really like any modern names or made up ones. I like a good proper name, old school. Names that you’d see walking round an old cemetery are a the ones for me

I love the name olive haha.

Can’t stand anything along the lines of Hugo Ottilie Freddie etc (sorry I know this will probs offend people) just reminds me of boujee mummies in west London haha 🙈
I think Ottilie is quite pretty but Freddie....nahhhh 😂

I'm irrationally happy my name isnt on this name. Its become so common. I had 3 girls in my year group with my name and now later in life, my best friend has the same name as me too!

Lexi
Leonard
Barry
Beatrice
Ava
ANY child named after a country/city/continent
Diamond, Pearl, Ruby - you get the gist

Also, unpopular opinion, I love the name Kayden spelt as Kaiden. But cant stand the overall 'den' name trend so wouldn't use it.

I don’t overly hate it just think it’s an odd choice 😂

Apologies if anyone here has a child called Arabella but sorry it conjures up images of a spoilt princess 😂
Annabelle - spooky for obvious reasons 😂
Rex
Billy
Xander
Alexander
Barry
Brian
Isla
Ruby
Daisy
Crystal
My little girl is called Isla. We chose it before it really became popular but still love it

It is a nice name I hope I haven’t offended you, just maybe because it’s very popular now that’s all 😊
Yes this thread isn’t too upset anyone. Just some light hearted banter. My sons name has been mentioned on here & I started this bloody thread 🤣 just interesting too see people’s taste!

This could turn weird 👀

Only ones I 'hate' are the ones that are offensive in some way: Cohen, Gypsy, Adolf (not that anyone would use that one) etc.
I have ones I dislike and wouldn't use but I don't really hate any others. Mispelt names make me cringe, a lot. Random Y's in names. Lyndon for London, Kaytlin etc.
Awks my sons name is in there 🤣🤣

As a teacher I have experienced so many names I don’t like. Currently the ....May/Mae/Mai girls names. Don’t like boys name such as Jaydan/Kaydon/Caidon/. Also don’t like misspelt names eg Jaxson 🤪.
