Spot on. I know i've said this before, but his physical addiction to alcohol has gone, but his emotional/mental addiction to it appears to be imbedded in him.

In other news it appears I have had my comeuppance - I’ve found mouse droppings in our garage! I stored some items in the garage (a few boxes
) Well - today I decided to move around and found chewed up foil (underneath our shelving unit). Decided to move some boxes and low and behold - lots of chewed up foil and mouse droppings 
I’ve no idea how long they’ve been there or where the foil has come from - but I put on a mask and gloves - cleaned up the droppings. Bleached the area - lifted up everything- time for a declutter!
I gave Rentokil a call too.
Luckily - our garage isn’t attached to the house. I still am going to give everything a bleach within an inch of its life. I wonder if the teenager put sandwiches in the recycling by mistake? (We keep our plastics/cardboard/can recycling in the garage in containers?
Anyways there was no parading mouses or being cruel to mice here... I must admit I was terrified one would jump out and did a ‘mankykick’ lol before lifting items.

I'm not sure how deep a physical addition he had..... as for emotional addiction, well, i just think alcohol allowed him to release the full horror of his personality, which rather than having been meaningfully changed, has just been castrated by nadia; and he misses that.

I am most certainly repeating myself, but that Mark really has become his illness. It's one thing to have awareness about mental health, acknowledge your own issues, etc., BUT there is a thing where your illness becomes your identity; it's the main focus of who you are. Like others on this thread, I have mentioned that I have been living with anxiety and depression (MDD to dysthymia) for most of my life and for me he is exhausting. My God does he go on. He witches that he is antisocial, when he is actually ASOCIAL. If he were antisocial he would have blantant disregard for what is right and wrong, ended up in jail a few times, etc., COVID rules notwithstanding. Okay genius, so you don't like socializing, what are you going to do about it? Accept that you are not the social type, or get out there and socialize? No, he crabs on about it in his Instagram posts.
He has arrested development stuck at age 13. Does he do any housework? Does he cut out the coffee? Does he stop the binging on sultanas and Nutella? Instead of playing shift the crap around the garden for the camera, how about you spend an hour a day just cleaning that cesspool up? Nadia enabling this behaviour is another topic.

When they were discussing kids swearing on Loose women I wondered what she would say about Moody's foul mouth, not a word but she used her turn to talk about her mother swearing. She always paints such a glowing picture of Moody you would think she was a sweet loving daughter working hard at her singing/acting career whereas we all know she is a druggie beer swigging layabout, turns the air blue with her filthy language, lives in the crack den and likes nothing more than stripping off for porn sites. She has zero respect for her mother but thicko nitty can't see it.
