He just cannot help himself. And although those two comments are no way near as bad as his usual disgusting remarks, I felt it was rather gross and totally inappropriate seeing as they then move on to discussing the tragic Sarah Everard story.
Every now and then a little ‘Carry On’ like humour is acceptable and is that where it possibly stemmed from? I don’t know as I wasn’t watching enough in the early days to comment.
It seems now to have turned into smut, plain and simple. I don’t think he even realises he is doing it. I think he is so desperate to be seen as someone with a very British dry sense of humour ( the old Hugh Grant fantasy springs to mind) that he has lost all sense of less is more.
Observing what was in the box the subs had bought them was a perfect example. Why he had to stand there and try and think of ‘funny’ things which might have been in it was agony and then, naturally, the only thing that comes into his head is ‘A CLOWN’ because clowns back in 1880 were funny ( well to some people anyway)
I do think sometimes he does have a dry wit, he can come back at her very quickly with sharp and funny remarks which go straight over her head because she is too busy preening in front of the screen.
I think his behaviour is revolting and degrading not only to everyone around him but to himself as well. He hasn’t got a clue about comedy. The ‘Oooh Ermm Matron,’ is all about right place right time. He hasn’t realised that no-one is laughing because he can’t hear his audience..
It's obvious when Michelle Penny is watching their lives because Mark really shows off. He is desperate to be seen as some sort of entertainer. I find it embarrassing.

I popped back to the CELEB Gossip thread to check what had been said about Nitty and comments to our lovely @Misbehaving (appalling though they were, you handled yourself with great aplomb)
What I also found shocking was someone had said ‘I’ve only just found out Nadia isn’t Julia.” So this must be a new generation who knew of Abfab, just see the name SAWALHA and she gains all the praise. This comment is connected to my sentence above. Are we living in a society where FAME is all that counts, no talent is looked into. Is that how she is managing to keep her job on LW?? Somewhere the lines have become blurred and she has managed to morph herself into Julia?
Julia’s SM is very tame, her Twitter is conversational, non-confrontational and her IG account has very few followers in comparison to Nitty so you can see why people would stupidly (in my opinion) get them confused.
This freebie stuff, showing off, prancing about full of self importance really, really churns my stomach.
My issue isn't so much about them receiving free things, it's about the fact they should be transparent with their viewers when they are paid/incentivised to endorse a product.
This is what they need to be following...

Be nice if ordinary low income families were given a freebie, but that wouldn't happen would it. I'm sick to death of the likes of the Sadderleys and their mates getting free stuff, it's just so greedy and more so that they sit there and tell their adoring subs many of whom will be on low income. I don't suppose they would ever think of passing anything on as part of their gift giveaways...nah just give them a bleedin' photo or a crappybadge, that's enough and they will be so grateful and subservient. They are so up their own arses

It creates a false sense of reality. People must think these Influnecers bathe in Chanel, sleep in Christian Dior satin sheets, have macro biotic/16:8/ keto diets delivered to their doors by top chefs and live in a ZEN trouble free bubble; because that is what the advertising is geared towards, so these people buy, buy, buy. Whilst the talentless, lazy champagne socialists take a free ride and complain about every morsel of overpriced food they eat if they have to pay for it.
I’ll stop, I’m ranting.
It really annoys me too. These companies need calling out on their bad ethics. Giving freebies to people who can easily afford it, with spare change that weighs down their pockets for the purpose of encouraging people on low incomes to fork out money that will make a considerable dent in their funds, it doesn't sit right with me. Businesses are under so much ethical pressure these days and they bleat on about their 'environmental policies' etc but they should think about giving freebies to those who don't need freebies whilst others struggle to afford their products. It's like a slap in the face.
Nitty said 6 of them went, obviously the scare fest ppl wernt told that the Sawalha-Adderley children /family want nothing to do with their parents crappy youtube channel/Instagram...

Thank you @chipmunk you've been very understanding and I agree that this trend with if you will minor celebrities being handed things on a plate for basically being themselves!
Is beyond ridiculous and really is a mockery of the term celebrity which now has no meaning?
I do think though that like attracts like so I like to see it as the one's that sell out the most ( like Nadia her personal life is fodder so are other people's) get gifts (must be paradise for an entitled person) but really they have sold their soul and for what a new washing machine or freebie holiday but it's hardly worth it?
I still think the root of all her problems is she is very heavily desensitized so I think she doesn't really feel anything so it's not as if she enjoys anything fully?

The comments about Julia are interesting I think the person who made those remarks was trying to crack a joke to diffuse the situation but really the way I see it maybe Nadia stole the fame but Julia gets all the esteem and Kudos!
Plus maybe the first association (for some) might be obnoxious Nadia but because Show bizz is a pretty small world it doesn't take people long to figure out that the Julia was the one who first became famous (oh how Nadia must have hated that) and that Julia is the only one to have had a decent career such as Chicken run Ab fab and Jonathan Creek so maybe Nadia is more famous for what though being a renta gob!
While Julia is the true ambassador of her father's name because she is the only one who managed to carve out a successful career as an actress.
While Nadia only had a short spell in EastEnders and well apart from Benidorm that's about it!
Plus she isn't highly regarded as a TV presenter so it comes full circle the increasingly dire you tube channel or her lamentable attention seeking and vacuous opinions and narrow minded view points on Loose woman!
I really think tbh that the kind of woman who defend her are the kind of woman who like Nadia don't like competition and so Nadia is acceptable by her ignorance and fake niceness!
While those close to her make themselves feel better and more informed and intelligent by comparison!
I guess it seems cruel to critique someone who is daft enough to believe in their own deluded superficiality! She curious in that she has instincts but no depth so they cancel themselves out!
If intuition only works to serve superficial interests and doesn't serve a higher purpose then it can only be used in a sneaky and underhand way to give her a predators advantage in reading others and taking from them! (Like with Julia and even the very tolerant Nadim).
The sting in the tail though is what you sneakily take from others is never really yours because you didn't create it you didn't tap into the source of energy!
She has just stolen a career and identity she's an imposter (not Julia) and she can never really get rid of that feeling of fakeness and others who have more emotional intelligence can spot Nadia from miles away so she will always feel defensive around those people including Julia and also the so called trolls! Ha
She knows she isn't respected by people who can feel the truth! So the mention of Julia's name still casts a shadow because when it comes up it's to Nadia's detriment because then people remember her dispicable treatment of her sister!
So to people who actually have taste people who probably admire Julia because they could be on a similar wavelength.. . Nadias treatment of people is felt and understood by empaths and positive people and she just looks like the small minded self aggrandising cruel bully that she is!
I really understand it is a bit of a divisive issue a bit however more people are being reminded and the more the merrier because that shows the truth!
Some people on that Forum were not aware of the extent of Nadia's nastiness (after the initial furore) well they are aware of it now!
So all it takes is a little digging and then the truth comes out no wonder Nadia is nervous some times because it does take much to find out!
