Any illness that’s life threatening or changing can put terrible strains on any relationship- should that be with partners family friends or work colleagues. So I would say whilst she made what appears to be a full recovery the whole bonds have been stretched and tangled.
But that being said it incomprehensible how you can appear to just completely erase one family member.
Maybe the relationship between his lordship & Anita is strained and Donna went on to continuing choosing him over to her family. And in the little princess world she lives in the others followed suit. I just can’t ever imagine a day my parents would allow such an event to happen with my siblings. Nor mine with theirs.
The family values that had Donna practically living in Anita’s pocket for years when he wasn’t on the scene shows how much upset he must be the cause of.
It appears the rest of the family also are completely gaslighting her too which is just pure nasty. They all used to socialise and holiday together as a pack, sisters partners, parents and all.
Whatever is happened is their own business - the public way they lived out their lives in recent years does raise questions - like a soap opera.
I just hope that in the long run they can all live with themselves…. All I know for sure is that me or mine couldn’t.

the whole family seems dysfunctional tbh. The dad seems like a nasty character, the drama over Anitas wedding and this Neil fella and the circus and fractures over this wedding…
Anita is probably well rid. At the end of the day it’s sheer luck if you have a pleasant family who you get on with, there’s nothing commendable about sticking around toxic people (family or not).
That’s for sure - he seems to very much be a controlling character always in the daughters business, maybe that’s part of the appeal with Neil - she went for a man like her father but a dozen times more controlling and narcissistic.
Its very strange the whole thing. You’d imagine their parents would want them to talk and get on as they were so so close before! I always remember Donna even third wheeling it with Anita and her husband Matt all the time. Anita looked so healthy and amazing in the photos the other month! I hope she’s thriving now
that’s what I thought too. Sadly It’s not uncommon for children of parents with narcissistic traits to be drawn to narcissistic partners.
Wedding was gorgeous but feel it was so showy and for other people's benefits and to show off, like getting her dress from Brown's Brides even though there are stockists of Gahlia Lahav in NI and Dublin, flying over Molly Mae's Mua and hairdresser, so extravagant and throwing money. Looks as though she spent a good bit of her day making reels and taking selfies!

always makes me sad to see women pull stunts like that, thinking everyone is jealous and amazed at their money when most of us don’t care, see right through the show and feel sorry for people who do that.

that whole debacle makes me so sad for her. She honestly looks like she is performing that song for his benefit, because he clearly loved being the centre of attention, whether she’s aware that’s what she’s doing or not. Same with all that business about people being outed from tattle - that just isn’t how Donna used to be in the MSC days. Same with all this supposed court battling.Red flag
he just comes across like a spoiled, rich, narc. He’d be a deluded loser if he didn’t have family money.
reading the court documents between he and his ex are not pretty - and whe he turns on Donna (which he will) she won’t be able to say there weren’t any warnings. There are tons of warnings, she’s just ignoring them because she’s drawn to material wealth and flash. It’s so tragic, and honestly it’s better for Anita to be away from all that.

Yes I thought orange too especially when it wasn't blended into her hair line. She has just posted pics of her evening dress, it suited her frame better although aged her a bit

It did seem a nice wedding, I have to say i thought she looked lovley, not sure about this whole situation about multiple dresses tho (and I don’t just mean Donna but other brides too) …I mean your wedding dress is special, For me personally having more than one would taken away a bit
