Just to go back a couple of pages.... Cos I am living in the abroad, I've had to look up recipes for greggs fake aways. Does the sausage and bean pastie have onion in or not? Ta. Been bloody hard work finding the ingredients here as it is without the not knowing if I need to dig up an onion too.

Trying not to be size French so have bought a 6 pack of beans.

We've got a live one in the thread about a (really bleeping) annoying man ordering a communal starter....

Someone will post in a minute that their sister died 3 years ago and then someone else's sister will have died 5 years ago from anorexia and she couldn't even go to a restaurant and people should be careful of the things they say.

Someone let me know when someone's sister died 10 years ago from choking to death on food someone else chose for her in a restaurant and I'll go and catch up from then.

I’ve just seen two of the best comments ever on a thread about OP being large shamed by an M&S worker.

Brazen trolley usage has to be a MN classic 😂

Well at least they had a sister to lose, I have never even had one.

I'm sure there was a comment not long ago where someone claimed a parents in the schoolyard beef turned into one mother getting run over
Ah yes I think that's it. The mother was being bullied by other parents.

I always picture Viviennemary as a nun - sitting there in her habit being a witch across MN and then popping along to chapel for a couple of Hail Mary's and an absolution.

OP wants to go for a romantic swim in the sea with DH, leaving preschool DC to fend for themselves in the house, 30m away out of earshot.

Thread is going the way that is to be expected (have you not heard of MADELEINE 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡?) but the icing on the cake was when she said the front and back of the house face the same way so she could see both from the sea. Suddenly they were all clamouring for diagrams and bringing out their secret Kevin McCloud.

Viviennemary is a weapon's grade bleep.
She’ll do anything to disagree with an OP. I saw her awhile ago on one thread disagreeing with the OP. Not long afterwards she was on another thread on giving an opposite opinion to what she’d said on the first thread, just for the sake of disagreeing with the OP.

Current AIBU with some very.... Interesting... replies.

Had a picnic with my child today in our local park. Random dog (Shar Pei) appeared out of nowhere and ran over to us. I stood up and picked up my child and ran in a panic and stood behind a tree (probably looked like a total fool doing so but there was nowhere else to go without running towards the dog!). No idea where the owner was at this point. Watched the dog eating our food and also drooling all over our lunch box. Owner suddenly appeared from a path that lead into the park screaming at her dog to 'get here now'. Dog totally ignored her and she had to grab it and literally drag it away and put the lead on it. She apologised but when I asked her if she was going to pay for our food she actually had the gall to say 'you should have picked it up when you saw him coming' !!! I have just got home and this literally only happend 45 mins ago so am still fuming. She did not pay for our food and despite initially apologising, was incredibly arsey and walked off in the opposite direction. My child is very upset and the worst bit is, he has SEN and made everything in the lunch box himself (spread the sandwiches, cut up the apples, broke the chocolate into pieces to fit it in the container, etc). This was quite a big thing for him and he's really upset. I am also on a low income and spent a lot on the food. I took a photo of her and it clearly has her face in it. Not sure why but I just felt like I had to do something. I am not going to name and shame, but I'm just so angry.
Not sure what I want from this thread. Just rather pissed off.
