Err well done to your cocklodger son I guess...

He does work (not 6 figs obvs), they're determined to do it all themselves....and i was a little tongue in cheek there - it's just a relief that there's one less we need to worry about financially

One of the first replies is fish and chips..

Not Disney trips, botox, tattooes etc but fish n chips.

Some of them will literally do anything to boast about how little they eat.
Just like some of them will turn literally anything into a thread about trans issue or Harry and Meghan.

Along with "We can cook much nicer food ourselves". Oh really? Like a tasty lamb madras or a succulent Chinese meal?

When we lived in the DCountryside we couldn't get anything apart from chipper, so we did rely on making our own curries. Still had chipper weekly though.
