Dont know if its just I choose the crazy threads but rare I read 1 on MN that doesnt have nasty comments.

They do seem to want everyone to be single though, 'my Husband forgot to put the bin out' LTB
They do seem to want everyone to be single, I've noticed that.

The way they lost their tit over that posters husband who 'deconstructed' her knitting pile was hilarious. Almost every single response was "He's a psychopath, OP" "Get away from him as fast as you can, you don't know what lengths he'll go to next" and they were all deadly serious 😆

That's fair, but there were posters talking about how it's a symptom of "dark triad traits" and to change the locks and make the police aware because "who knows what he'll do next" :ROFLMAO:

I'm a crafter so did slightly agree as undoing it would've taken ages, so the bloke must've been at least slightly nuts

I think tattle is much more supportive than MN, people also disagree on here and then move on without flouncing! Also love the sense of humour here too 👍🏻
There is zero sense of humour on MN, they clearly can't even take a bit of sarcasm as the poster said on page 1 on this thread. I honestly love Tattle, yes there are some mean comments, but that's life, you will never manage to avoid it completely unless you became a total recluse, and it doesn't make it ok. BUT there are days I laugh my head off here and have never once felt bullied or picked on - unlike MN.

Problem is, some of it *is* awful! There’s a thread I follow where most of the comments are genuine criticism yet you get a fair few awful comments about looks and if you dare challenge these, you’re accused of either being the influencer in question or a super fan 😂 Unfortunately the few give the many a bad name!
One thread in particular is harsh (in my opinion) and if anyone says “I think that’s a bit harsh” they get told maybe tattle isn’t for them, does my head in. Mainly stick to off topic now!

Back on topic, I see so many times on Reddit mumsnet trolls that people are racist toward Megan Markle on mumsnet but I’ve never seen anything like that. One time I looked at the thread in question and it was literally just people saying they don’t like her 🤷‍♀️
I tend to keep off that Reddit group now as they annoy me more than mumsnet.

The MN reddit group used to be so annoying. Very cliquey considering they used to really moan about people on MN doing it. Could never follow the drinking threads and they used to have ballistic arguments and apparently there was another group who they were enemies with?
The best thing that came out of it was when someone started a baby name thread and all the names on the OP were the reddit usernames.

Reddit trolls (and lots of mumsnet users!) think MN is just white middle class women so if you don’t like someone who isn’t completely white it’s racism. If you don’t like someone who is completely white it’s jealousy. If you don’t like a man you’re being sexist ‘imagine the roles reversed’. You’re not allowed to just not like someone or not like something someone has done.

And today in S&B apparently they all have natural tans, not fake like the commoners, and they all wear factor 50 but are deeeeeply tanned. So perfect, so naturally lucky. I bet most of them are using sunbeds.

Why do they all hate the Middle East so much? When asked why they just say ‘homophobia!1!1’ but when pressed they’ve never actually been anywhere that isn’t Spain and seem to get all their apparent knowledge from the Daily Mail.

Is it much more expensive to go to than Spain? Maybe they can’t afford it but don’t want to have to give up the pretence of six figure jobs/joint income of half a million/husband has a very important job/I’m a lawyer/I’m a doctor etc 😆

Yes I think it was Notmumsnettrolls, or something like that and the one who lives a fantasy life (cherry pavalova?) was in it, not sure if she set it up because she was always hounded off the original.

I giggle at the incredibly youthful looking Mumsnet posters who are mistaken for teenagers whilst being mid 40s. Yeah, right…

I also find myself smiling when I read about these high earners with their 5 bed detached houses in North London, fabulous cars, exotic holidays and 3 small children, yet there they are, on Mumsnet 24/7 bragging about their middle to upper class lifestyle. Wishful thinking, they really live in a smelly bedsit with a feral cat and work the evening shift in Bargain Booze.

The snobbery on there is appalling.

Apparently enjoying any kind of anal stimulation is disgusting , you must be brainwashed and be pressured by men. Enjoying bum fun is anti feminist 🤣🤣🤣. Queue loads of moans from MNers angry that their hubby was watching porn and wasn't satisfied by once monthly star fish sex. Now I don't agree with young girls being coerced into sexual acts but if you are a grown woman you are entitled to like what you want.

Ha, I’ve seen the tattle thread! Has anyone seen the thread about the op exercising in the garden and been told off by the Pervy neighbour.
I think it’s bullshit but everyone is sucked in by it and cheering the op on😀

The OP is calling everyone Karen 🤣
Don’t even know why she’s asking to be honest, I always listen to the opinions of unqualified people over facts/as close to a fact as possible from qualified people. Hope her mum is there at the birth to override the medical team so she gets the best care possible.
