Hard to say really

Think she gets paid small amount monthly
They promote her channel
They give her a lot of channel mum ads and free gift cards.
I think where a few channel mums are doing the same ad they probably got it via channel mum

So plenty her and Emily did that one better
Olay and next both kate murnane reb got this gig.
Katie Ellison got Halfords went family bike ride reb got camping gear and didnet go camping.
Katie and the did Garmin fitness watches Katie's was better.
Lucy and the bump and reb did mr Kipling cakes.
Lots if them did Cadbury easter.

I doubt the other channel mums will miss her.
Means they get more look in on freebies and big brands.

Amazed so much goes her way as she hardly ever does events and networks with vlogging community.
No to vloggers retreat as flight expensive.

Last few months hardly anyone of them comment on her posts or want to do colllabs with her.
Lucy Jessica Carter much bigger following and only been going 2 years.

Mrs meldrum slow growth stagnation.
I think even non channel mums brummy and Pentland dislike her they can see she used them.

Mummy I'm the know did collab and had lots feedback from her followers that they dislike reb.
Amy being mum tried be freindly but don't think eve reciprocated.

It's been reported at events she pushed past the smaller vloggers to be freindly with the bigger ones.

I cannot get over her apology post - thanking people for pointing it out for her and asking them to continue to give her feedback. You lying piece of crap, you cannot bear any feedback that isn't praising you. I wonder how many of those that pointed it out even in the nicest possible was got blocked? The fact she then deleted the FB post and her page only goes to show that the apology was the biggest pile of BS ever. If she had any guts, she would leave the posts and all the comments up, perhaps even addressing some of the points people made. But no.

That was obviously before an urgent call or email from chsnnrlmum. Is she with an agency... Like louis e is with Gleam or do they manage themselves does anyone know?

I think Channel mum are more like an agent? If you look on her Instagram it lists her channel mum address “for Collabs” so I assumed they took a small percentage of her fee, and they set their vloggers up with campaigns based on the campaign brief

I think we are seeing a fundamental flaw with the vlogging world. When you have people every day telling you that you are wonderful, your kids are wonderful, your husband/home/lifestyle are all wonderful it must be incredibly hard to take when the tables are turned on you - especially someone like edgy who has a very limited life experience. We ve probably all cocked up at work from time to time and had that sinking feeling in our stomachs the next day when dealing with the aftermath. We don t gave thousands of people watching us. Our name won t come up under an internet search ‘Mrs ——- racism’. It beggars belief she is being given more guidance from her parents. Quite a few new members in tattle which is hardly surprising. Some, it seems are not even recently joined but first or early posts asking for a run down.
I'm smelling something fishy tbh. The smell of Press and Agents. Everything they need is out there, no need to ask for rundowns or to post reruns for them. Why would 7 year old kids even be aware of it though? My eldest is a similar age as Safiya and would have no idea what racism is or if I’d ballsed up at work.

i don’t specifically mean the racism but am pretty sure a lot of kids at school will be aware that her whole childhood is plastered all over the internet. Adults talk and kids listen. It all depends on how they as parents deal with it. Even though she is only 7 years old some of the kids at school will be 10/11 years old and may be much more aware of stuff going on.

I genuinely think she left it in the vlog deliberately thinking it showed she and her chums in a hilarious edgy light, that’s how tone deaf the woman is.

I thought this too. She definitely knew it was in the vlog and kept it in on purpose, she just didn't expect such a backlash from it. She deserves everything she gets, karma always gets her way in the end.

To all those asking why the Meldrums are so hated - honestly there has been SO much that you really do need to read the threads to get a feel for it and have your eyes opened.

I am an ex Meldrum follower. Was inspired by her, was influenced by her (undeclared) adverts, and used to enjoy her content.
I have since come to realise that she is an underhand, selfish, vain, narcissistic, pathological liar whose priorities are how much money she can make for as little effort as possible, and escaping for Me Time (preferably with her PT at the gym) as often as possible (including Easter Sunday where she decided that going to the gym was preferable to spending time with her family at an Easter egg hunt).

I can give you some examples of how I’ve drawn my conclusions, although by themselves they seem like small things, if you read the threads you will also realise that she’s a nasty piece of work.
I actually can’t believe I was so deceived for so many years (I was an avid viewer from 2014 to 2018).

Most notably she failed to take her tiny infant to the doctor when, by her own admission, she was struggling to breathe and desperately ill.
She instead chose to pose suggestively/scantily clad on the bed asking viewers what they thought she should do.
Of course that makes for some awesome engagement from her viewers - oh and her husband happened to be out on the town that night which we know she doesn’t like.

Perhaps I should mention her accepting payment to promote a food bank - which she then turned up empty handed to vlog, and felt it was appropriate to include this alongside scenes of her frivolously spending and pigging out in a restaurant beforehand.

On another occasion she was asked by a lovely sounding man why her book was called “Mummy and Me” when, as a gay man with a child, he felt he may have benefitted from the kind of book it was.
Meldrum’s response?
Same as always. If you ask a question you get blocked and your comment is deleted.
She refuses to engage with anything which isn’t a compliment or part of one of her (many) ads.

She is also not transparent at all when it comes to adverts.
She had a tantrum about being told to label adverts correctly per the official guidelines, but had a go at this for a couple of posts/videos and then went back to doing it her own way.
She is taking advantage of vulnerable people by advertising items which she wants them to think she’s bought! I was a new mother when I first starting watching her and I can’t tell you how much money she made me waste, trying to keep up with what I thought I had to have to be a good mother.

Also she felt it was appropriate to insinuate that she may have had breast cancer (thankfully she didn’t) to advertise Next, the clothing store.
Oh and an expensive Boden top cures anxiety apparently.

There is so, so much more (including more that one occasion where she filmed her eldest daughter for content when she expressively asked NOT to be filmed).
Plus Disneyland Paris. You probably already know about that!

This is the women that turned up empty handed to a foodbank… and was paid to go to that foodbank. She took money to visit a foodbank. That’s empty morals and zero integrity. Honestly who actually takes money to promote a foodbank? Why would anyone think it was a good idea?

She's referred to boss at channel mum before and conference calls.
However I dont think they manage they just agents to hook vloggers up with brands.

A decent manager might have saved her channel after the 1st boob disney land debacle.
Neither her or lee have any social media experience.
Neither go far from Scotland or have a diverse range if freinds.
I would call them little Englanders but lees Scottish rebs English.
They very parochial if that's the right word.
They socialise in smalll select circles hence why she was so ignorant of foodbank.

I gather Aberdeen itself is affluent area.
Lots if flashing wealth and keeping up with Jones its like Scotland's version of Cheshire.

Reb grew up extremely affluent house wanted for nothing .
She's always been a spoiled princess.

I think lees earnings gave them a decent life.

Family days out back then
1 annual holiday

But she wanted more. Daddy cannon paid for the big wedding and honeymoon.
I think her parents funded some past holidays where they travelled as group florida and few neilson.
I feel sure they helped with recent house purchase..

Greed took over
