She. Is. Acting.

Everything is an act. She won’t be like this in day to day life. It’s the “Hinch” brand. Instagram is her office.

To be fair, I am actually a trained mental health professional and I work in psychology. I’m not quick to diagnose people, and it would take a long time/many observations and assessments plus certain thresholds to meet. There is definitely something not quite right with Sophie. Her behaviours are unusual for someone of her age. She’s child-like in most of her mannerisms, barely leaves her house and isn’t really left alone. I wouldn’t say this is particularly healthy. Obviously we don’t know the full story or her background and we only observe what she posts... I just hope her child is adequately socialised.

Also, working in psychology, I don’t know how healthy it is promoting cleaning to such an extent. There are many anxiety sufferers out there, in particular those with OCD, and surely this kind of behaviour just reinforces or exacerbates it. I think it’s quite irresponsible the way she goes about it tbh.

It’s way over the top, manic, and frankly quite crazy. She needs to calm down. We don’t need to live in sterile, chemical-ridden houses.

Out of curiosity, how does it work with her being a sales woman? We seem to have polar opposites 🤔

I think she has been very pampered by her parents. They’ve continued to pamper her and I don’t think she would be able to cope if she was completely alone. Jamie pampers her too and I think she’s grown very accustomed to that lifestyle.

What worries me is the mental health side of it all. I won’t say I don’t believe she has anxiety as it can really affect any person but she definitely plays on it a lot. She’s portrayed this perfect image since having Ronnie, moving around from cottage to cottage and having an extension put in. Last week suddenly she has a visit from Stacey and she hasn’t been ok. If that’s really true then she could use her platform to promote mental health post partum and the baby blues. She only mentions it when it suits her. Her day out with Stacey and the babies today just felt very staged, the happy positive story she shared when she got home. There are first time mums who had their babies same time she had Ronnie who could be watching her and feeling like shite because they don’t have a friend to go out with, that they can’t even do their hair or put make up on or even have some me-time like she did the other day at the ‘not-gifted but gifted jam’ afternoon tea with trace.

Is Stacey and joe under the same management as Hinch?
What’s with them advertising cleaning products now?
The whole thing seems like one big set up now, I’ve went right off them both since the Hinch friendship, it’s just weird.
Stacey came across as a lovely girl, I really liked her but it all seems quite false now

I’m still so freaked out by her burping the dog. If it came from anyone else I would think it was a joke. It’s not a joke with her though. It’s mildly terrifying.

Also Jamie is out with “the lads” (hate that term, he’s out with his friends and yes they all have one penis each) so she’s got her mum round. Again, anyone else this would be normal and nice. Not her. Just something weird about it like she can’t be alone.
I wonder if it's because she doesn't trust Henry around the baby. Soph may not feel comfortable leaving Ronnie alone with Henry if she needs to use the loo, or get something from another room. Henry is a spoiled rotten dog and may be jealous of the attention Ronnie gets.

Ah yes, new house and cluttering it up with a load of shite. Great.
tit like this really infuriates me. Why does anybody need that many cleaning products?! In my house I've got one big bottle of bleach, one kitchen surface cleaner, one bathroom cleaner for both bathrooms and bits like laundry detergent, washing up liquid and some furniture polish (which if I'm honest heart gets used because I just hoover all the dust up). Also the amount of money this woman must have spent. If you assume each product is somewhere between £1 and £2.

Nah I think she's just straight up spoilt.

You could always pop Henry in a separate room temporarily.

With the stacey/ hunch thing I get the impression its stacey who wants hinch morenthan the other way around. Not sure why but maybe stacey wants to do more work from home doing Instagram ads or something x

Sorry she’s been quiet on her swipe ups
You can still make me money
I feel like that's more for the benefit of her management team nagging her to keep selling. I wonder if she's running out of eBay tat to buy!

Yes I’m not convinced by there being a pathology behind her behaviour, just been very spoiled and pampered.

I have a family member who acts like a 14 year old and is in their 40s, everything they do or experience is treated like the first time someone’s ever done something and has always been completely indulged by the parent. They’re very insular and can’t quite grasp that people in the real world manage and cope with far larger things on a daily basis.

Yes i think you could be right, by doing more Ads at home Stacey gets to spend time with Rex without having to leave him to go off to work so Hinch is the perfect candidate to show her how to con your shoppers without leaving the house.
