I think it was maybe bought in 2020 and then sold again recently.
The rendering was done early this year and then the construction work more recently. Just finished by the looks of it.

The company says it’s for a returning customer though, don’t know if that fits. They also did the rendering early this year.

I can't decide if the main house is for them or fiddle.
I've seen all the pics of it being built step by step but no floor plan.
