I got up, stepped over the mess in the living room, ignored the washing up waiting in the kitchen, fed my child, allowed him to play and wreck my living room some more, played with him, watched some tv with him then while he had a bottle and fell asleep, I put him in his crib before starting the washing up. My house isn't a pit but neither is it a perfect hotel show home. I felt guilty for about 5 minutes after watching Hinch before remembering the smile on my little boys face because we were playing stacking blocks together...
