A little overweight is one thing, saying you were that overweight that you needed gastric band surgery is another and implies you were obese and your life was in danger, so it is a sob story in my opinion.
We see no scars on her arms, but we do see that her nose and boobs have been done at least.
Thats probably was Daddy paid for, but its far more relatable to say that you were fat and unhappy because that gains sympathy.

Absolutely! Everything gifted! Those letter balloons, I think maybe some kind of blue, white and grey balloon arch, a massive cake ( made mainly of polystyrene) and decorated... oh my god guyzzzz, you’ve all been so kind! I haven’t had to spend a single penny on anything!
