Central London hotels are usually dumps unless you pay over £500 for the night. The basic rooms can be really grim. I’m guessing she’s a bit disappointed she didn’t get the £4K per night penthouse.

Ooh there is no bath!!!!!! Well wtf surely her PA or Gleam Manager did the arrangements with P&G. I know I am or was just a minion but when working I had to stay over in London or elsewhere a lot. Clients asked me to go I agreed and asked they discussed with my PA re the details. That was really so she could tell me what to expect i.e. staying in a 5 star, staying in a travel lodge. No problem with either but a gal needs to know what to take with her. As I got higher up she told them what I wanted - not a lot but a shower every time, free wifi and a good breakfast. Never been a millionaire influencer but by the time I retired it was always 5 star all the way. C'mon Sophie get a grip and get a good PA they are worth their weight in gold plus they remember what lies you told yesterday but forgot today..

If she didn't like the room then there is always the option to put your hand in your pocket and pay for an upgrade if available.
