I feel the same though! Totally bodged it with cheap fittings and units. Cheap and weird little toilet! The toilet should swap positions with the basin, too. Much better for standing at the basin when brushing teeth etc.

Hasn't cheaped-out on the windows, but I suppose that is because he contacted the company and asked for the partnership. Funny how Elle Darby got roasted years back for reaching out for freebies but now it seems like everyone is doing it.

yes, I would have probably thought about putting the toilet where the basin is and had nice storage built in around a basin (not the one he bought) that possibly stretched from near the shower to the other wall, and ii you wanted more storage, then could have put shelves above the toilet at appropriate heights, probably scaffold board shelves

I don't like the floor either it looks like those poundland strips that everyone was using ,and I'm not sure how much heat that small radiator would through out attics are very cold .

Does he return half of the stuff from his hauls? How is his house not overflowing with tatty crap from Pep&Co, B&M and charity shops? No need for the amount of stuff he gets!

I suppose that is why he is getting the loft extended - for a place to stash the hoard!

I like him, he seems like a lovely character, I find his voice quite relaxing. But these Youtubers that do constant hauls, do encourage shopping addictions and like you said where do they put it all?

I’d like to see more sustainable shopping. Also agree about cheap items in the loft, didn’t think he would go for cheap.

I think that's the aim though ,to get people to spend ,he's sponsored by poundland /pep & co so the stuff is probably gifted he'll just take it to the charity shop during his next clearout ,he's not the kind that goes for tat and he doesn't come across as a hoarder he's constantly doing clearouts to keep his rooms to the minimum.

Oh no I get that, but there’s a lot of people out there with hoarding issues, shopping addictions and debt problems so as much as I like the content, I also think it feeds into that for some.

Yes I agree ,that's why I liked his content I didn't feel he was like the others he wasn't as commercialised but boy has that changed every post is now an AD or begging for a Collab ( my attempt at the next thread title )

I'm not loving the new bedroom - way too much grey and that headboard colour is already outdated.

You know you have too many clothes if you have to do a closet purge more than once a year.

Also, where's the bf's clothes? There's literally no sign that he lives there.

Well what can you say about Mr C except how boring he is. The same old things every time I don't think he can think of anything that would be remotely interesting except I think we have a vlog coming with him and another boring sod Luke about changing clothes in different areas of London oh I cant wait!!! Also what a spare part he is in that stupid sort your life out where he doesn't really do anything. Who's idea was it to have him on that programme, shame on them they could of chosen much better.

I haven’t watched him much recently. I generally like his travel vlogs but obviously that’s not been happening recently apart from America but I’m not interested in American charity shops or Walmart so skipped those ones.
I watched the tv show last week for the first time, I like him but it’s weird that he is on there are a cleaning expert, I wouldn’t say he was known for his cleaning?

Well Christmas grinch has to say that Mr C"s latest vlog was a surprise. He was actually really interesting to watch. He came across really well and at times quite funny. I must admit I enjoyed watching all the items that he bought on his trip to the USA. This vlog see"s him as he used to be, ie his genuine self as he is in his earlier vlogs on YouTube. Keep it up Mr C as we want to see you and not how you have to be because you have been gifted stuff. Christmas Grinch apologises for being mean to Mr C but at the time it was called for.
